Hidden Competitive Persona

Good day, Hivenians! I hope you're fine while reading my blog today.

People loves games since it is always part of our childhood and each one of us despite being an adult, we still feel like a kid. It is my own opinion though.

Christmas party would not be completed without games, it is the life of the party, making the event more enjoyable.

Our head in our workstation suggested that the games will administered by each group. The group will think of 2 games. We were divided into four groups and expected that there were 8 games in our Christmas party happened last Saturday. The price was any things with the limit of 350 pesos per group. So, each group will prepare the awards based from the limit budget. It was expected that the rewards would be kitchen utensils and school supplies. Most of this things price fall from P30 pesos to P50 pesos. The price may cheap but the purpose of the games would be the camaraderie, togetherness, and team spirit.

But I never expected that my colleagues were being competitive during the administration of the game activity. Everyone exerts their efforts just to win and received the school supplies or kitchen utensils. The way they compete seems like the reward was a sack a rice or cash.

I just found out that they have competitive persona even though we were now an adult. That day, it seems like my colleguages were kids enjoying and afraid to lose the game. Good thing that we were safe and no one was harmed during the game activity.

I had no pictures during the game since I was focused on the game. The pictures above captured when we decided to end the day.

It was tiring yet fun day. When we went home, we brought a great memory during that day, I think, it was one of the memorable Christmas party we had.
