X Blue Metrics Report, August 26, 2024
Yikes! I don't know whether to throw a party or stank up my breeches. This week, all my stats are down except for one. I picked up 19 new followers! That puts me at 482 followers now. I'm stoked to high heavens by that.
Now for the drill down.
Engagements and Impressions
I've got to say I like the Impressions graph even though impressions are down 32 percent for the week and dipped below the 1,000 mark. Maybe people just weren't interested in what I posted, or maybe my followers took a break from X. 818 impressions isn't great, but it could have been worse. Look at the graph:
That's a beautiful steady slope leading up to a nice hill, then a big slope leading down to the valley. I wonder what this would look like if I was posting this at the end of the day today?
The peak was on Saturday, August 24 with 160 impressions. Not a bad run. Mostly steady all week.
The peak for engagements is today. A total of 11 engagements so far with a nice set of bottom teeth.

I have uploaded videos, but not this past week. I have some recurring posts that are videos and those do get some engagement. Big improvement. I should do more.

We hope you are aware that we have exposed the Buildawhale Comment farm situation, and it's unfortunate to note that the issue persists. we have observed that this individual is still utilizing stake earned through the sale of votes to spammers, and then using this influence to downvote content on the Hive platform and farm Hive. If no action is taken to address this issue, it could potentially hinder Hive's growth even more.
However, we believe that platforms like Steemit and Blurt have significant potential and could thrive with the addition of more serious investors and builders. I gave up on X after I used a quote from Godmothered, the Disney film, and someone got me banned for offensive language ....sigh.
