While going through some posts in the Movies & TV Shows community I found a suggestion from friend @Josehany.

She comments on a movie called Hunger which in Spanish means Hunger. I commented that her summary left me with high expectations, it literally left me hungry to know more.

I wasted no time. Netflix suggests today to watch this movie positioned in the top spots with just a few days of its release.

It caused me to laugh when @Josehany in his post points out not knowing how to start commenting on the movie but you know what, I don't know where to start either.

The truth of the whole thing is that this is an excellent film that speaks of hunger... hunger to learn... hunger to teach... hunger to emerge... hunger to be successful... hunger to be the best... hunger to not give up on a dream.....

I can't get enough of what the word hunger implies to me in this film. The protagonist is a humble girl living with her family group, father and siblings. Through years of tradition, inheritance or custom they have made a living selling food. The dishes prepared by her father are made with love, full of memories.

Although for her father and siblings the memories are valuable, for the young protagonist they are not. She dreams of getting out of the routine of the neighborhood to become a woman recognized in the culinary art.

In her efforts to get out of poverty, she meets a chef who hunts her talent and invites her to live a new experience with a renowned and extraordinary chef. The girl lets herself be convinced and decides to participate in a culinary test. Out of two participants, only one would get the job. She was the winner.

The competition seemed complex but simplicity defeated extravagance. It was not only about presentation but also about taste and originality. Somehow the chef, a mysterious character in the whole plot, discovered something in the young woman that made her different.

Undoubtedly, that chef was excellent in the kitchen, creative, unique, infallible, but with a tough, strong, sometimes inhuman character. Perhaps this is the strategy to be a professional in the art, I thought as the plot unfolded.

Obviously, discipline is fundamental in this area and so everyone had understood it. The young aspirant, somewhat fearful, insecure, began to doubt and feel pressure, but her determination to stay in that mysterious place helped her to be calm and wait.

There are actions within the film that make us fall into moral dilemmas. The mysterious chef seems to have dual intentions for each member of his work team. He demonstrates this when he focuses on the young protagonist.

The lessons for the aspiring one, every sentence full of content seems to motivate her to keep going forward being the best. Several sentences were compelling for her, they were sources of inspiration. What raised doubts in my mind was whether the chef's intention was to help her or to make her see that he was the best. For me this trhiller made me very anxious. It is worth watching.

Nopachai Chaiyanam (Chef Paul) is one of the main characters in the film and in my opinion has a fundamental role which describes the role of emotions.

Definitely, Paul's childhood was quite complicated. This same situation led him to make decisions, set goals and achieve objectives. Extravagance is the symbol of the anger that Paul harbors.

The hungry desire to get what he wants and to show his strength at its maximum expression make him lose the limit, running over everything in front of him. Yet I think it was nothing more than a twist of fate that led him to defeat.

A moral dilemma... I insist. The end of the movie, after that young woman achieves fame, she realizes a series of irregularities that did not leave her satisfied. Given this situation, the young woman decides to return home to her family and start over.

From my point of view I believe that the young woman is not allowed to follow through with her dream.

The real issue is about the desire to get ahead by exploiting the talent that gave this girl life. Family support will always be important but she did not receive it as she expected. I think so.

The movie is beautiful and sobering, everyone can draw their own conclusions and take the most favorable message. I agree with @Josehany, it costs to complete the ideas for that reason the invitation to see it. I give this movie 10 🌟 because I loved it.

Mientras revisaba algunas publicaciones en la comunidad Movies & TV Shows encontré una sugerencia de la amiga @Josehany.

Ella comenta sobre una película llamada Hunger que en español significa Hambre. Le comenté que su resumen me dejó altas expectativas, me dejó literalmente con hambre por saber más.

No perdí tiempo. Netflix sugiere hoy ver esta película posicionada en los primeros lugares con apenas unos días de su lanzamiento.

Me causó risa cuando @Josehany en su post señala no saber como empezar a comentar la película pero, ¿saben qué? yo tampoco sé por dónde comenzar.

Lo cierto de todo este asunto es que se trata de una excelente película que habla del hambre... hambre de aprender... hambre de enseñar... hambre de surgir... hambre de ser exitoso... hambre de ser el mejor... hambre de no abandonar un sueño...

Me quedo corta con todo lo que para mí implica la palabra hambre en esta película. La protagonista es una humilde muchacha viviendo junto a su grupo familiar, padre y hermanos.

Por años de tradición, herencia o costumbre han salido adelante vendiendo comida. Los platos preparados por su padre son hechos con amor, llena de recuerdos.

Aunque para el padre y sus hermanos los recuerdos son valiosos, para la joven protagonista no lo son. Ella sueña con salir de la rutina del barrio para convertirse en una mujer reconocida en el arte culinario.

En el empeño de salir de la pobreza, consigue a un chef quien caza su talento y la invita a vivir una nueva experiencia al lado de un reconocido y extraordinario chef. La chica se deja convencer y decide participar en una prueba culinaria. De dos participantes solo uno se quedaría con el puesto. Quedó ella.

La competencia parecía compleja pero la sencillez derrotó la extravagancia. No solo se trataba de presentación sino también de sabor y originalidad. De alguna manera el chef, un personaje misterioso en toda la trama, descubre algo en la joven que la hacía diferente.

Sin dudas, aquel chef era excelente en la cocina, creativo, único, infalible, pero con el carácter recio, fuerte, a veces inhumano. Quizá, esta sea la estrategia para poder ser un profesional en el arte, pensé mientras se desarrollaba la trama.

Obviamente, la disciplina es fundamental en esta área y así todos lo habían entendido. La joven aspirante, algo temerosa, insegura, comenzó a dudar y a sentir presión, pero su empeño en mantenerse en aquel lugar misterioso, la ayudó a estar en calma y esperar.

Hay acciones dentro de la película que nos hacen caer en dilemas morales. El chef misterioso parece tener doble intencionalidad para cada miembro de su equipo de trabajo. Lo demuestra cuando se enfoca en la joven protagonista.

Las lecciones para la aspirante, cada frase llena de contenido parece motivarla para seguir adelante siendo la mejor. Varias frases fueron contundentes para ella, fueron fuentes de inspiración. Lo que me generó dudas fue si la intención del chef era ayudarla o hacerle ver que él era el mejor. Para mí este trhiller me puso muy ansiosa. Vale la pena verla.

Nopachai Chaiyanam (Chef Paul) es uno de los personajes principales del film y a mi juicio tiene un papel fundamental el cual describe el rol de las emociones.

Definitivamente, la niñez de Paul fue bastante complicada. Esta misma situación lo llevó a tomar decisiones, proponerse metas y lograr objetivos. La extravagancia es el símbolo de la ira que encierra Paul.

El deseo hambriento de conseguir lo que quiere y demostrar su fuerza en su máxima expresión le hacen perder el límite arrollando todo lo que hay frente él. Aún así pienso que no fue más que una jugada del destino quien lo llevó a la derrota.

Un dilema moral... insisto. El final de la película, luego de que aquella joven consigue la fama, se da cuenta de una serie de Irregularidades que no la dejaron conforme. Dada esta situación la joven decide regresar a casa con su familia y comenzar de nuevo.

Desde mi punto de vista creo que no se le permite a la joven seguir adelante con su sueño.

El tema real trata del deseo de salir adelante explotando el talento que le dio la vida a esta chica. El apoyo familiar siempre será importante más ella no lo recibió como esperaba. Eso pienso.

La película es hermosa y aleccionadora, cada quien puede sacar sus propias conclusiones y tomar el mensaje más favorable. Coincido con @Josehany, cuesta completar las ideas por tal motivo la invitación para que la vean. A esta película le doy 10 🌟 porque me encantó.
