🎬️ Movie: Passengers from 2016 🎬️
What would it have been like to wake up 90 years early from hibernation on a spaceship bound for another planet? In this sci fi romantic film, Chris Pratt plays an engineer Jim Preston who experiences exactly that. The film is from 2016 and directed by Morten Tyldum.😃
Here, themes such as loneliness, morality and love are explored in isolation on a spaceship for the next 90 years. What to do? Loneliness drives engineer Jim to awaken another person Aurora Lane played by Jennifer Lawrence, a writer he has become fascinated by watching in her hibernation capsule. He ends up lying to her about why she suddenly woke up too early. What will she do for the next 90 years? So here there will be challenges for Jim and his lie and exciting for the viewers as the film explores this while trying to survive on the spaceship. I thought Pratt and Lawrence have good chemistry in the film and the acting performances are very good, I also like both of them very much. Visually, the film is impressive, with great images of the spaceship and its surroundings. I think it's well done made, I sit and laugh every now and then and you get carried away by the emotions they experience. This is a 9 for me.

I watched this movie out of curiosity (and to see Chris Pratt, why deny it haha 😂) and I ended up liking it, that desperation of being alone and knowing that you will be like this for 90 years is very cruel, I do not justify what he did because poor Aurora, she did not have a fault in her capsule haha
But well, this movie is very good and to see those scenes in space are great 😍
Yeah it was really good, i also liked this moral question of what to do.. I can se both sides, but its sure is selfish. A great movie!
I love this movie 🥰
Me 2 🥰
I’ve watched this film before. I’m not usually a fan of this genre, but I liked it. I’d rate it an 8/10.
Agreed, a good film for its genre :))
