Overcoming My Self-Doubt!
Your life might change if you take the risk you're afraid to take.
At this age, confidence is the thing I struggle with the most. I still need to plan for the future. I still have a lot of doubts regarding my abilities.
The biggest obstacle to my creativity is self-doubt.
My constant self-doubt stunts my development and crushes my dreams. My doubts and self-doubt have imprisoned me in this jail. I'm hesitant to start this life for fear that everyone will know who I am.
I always considered what other people thought and let them undervalue my qualities and skills. And I am aware that it prevents me from achieving my objectives and goals.
After feeling stuck for a while, I eventually decided to step outside of my comfort zone, and even when I'm unsure, I go ahead and do it.
A Comparative Assessment of Candidates for the Open Teachers II and III Positions was conducted last week. Comparative Assessment is a process or approach for selecting the best candidates for a position. It entails comparing the competencies of a qualified applicant to the competencies required by the post to be filled using a variety of evaluation approaches.
I am hesitant to join this comparative Assessment for how many years. I am afraid because I always think I am not good enough even if I have already graduated with my Master's degree.
But now that I've recognized that the only way to improve my life is to change my decisions, I've taken all the chances and ready myself for the promotion.
I organized all the documentation I had accumulated throughout my five years of teaching. I was astonished by how many people there were when we arrived, but I prayed to God and put my faith in Him, trusting that He would still provide a way to receive it if it was meant for me.
Specific requirements that we must meet have corresponding points. We can be selected in the desired position if we accrue the most points possible.
The interview is one of those requirements, and it's also the most difficult because we're asked many questions. Even though it frequently involves teaching, I'm still assessing my ability to do so in an orderly and effective manner.
Yet, I am happy because I aced my interview and received a perfect score. My overall score surprised me because it was higher than the maximum score I could have received, but it will still be based on how many items our division requires.
But even so, I'm still content because I finally had the chance to try it out.
Despite my fear, I move forward. I got the room despite my lack of qualifications. I am unsure, but I stand up.
I realized I needed to stop listening to the voice telling me I couldn't accomplish something and start pursuing my goals. Doubt preventing me from starting is more valuable than falling and learning from my mistakes.
Let no one tell me what I am incapable of. Don't let other people's limits cause me to lose faith in myself; I know I can achieve things I never imagined possible.
More hopes are snuffed out by doubt than defeat itself. Reject uncertainty and embrace possibility!
My dreams often resemble brilliant stars in the night sky. These stars are obscured by clouds of doubt, making them difficult to view. The truth is that failure isn't as terrifying as it might appear. It acts as a friend who imparts wisdom to us. So, I ignore my doubt rather than allowing it to stop me. Have faith in my abilities. Accept all the beautiful things I am capable of.
Remember to keep pushing forward despite your doubts and realize your dreams.
Take action and pursue your dreams, even if it involves taking chances and dealing with uncertainty. Don't be the person who is always wondering, "What if?" Life is too brief to put off taking advantage of unique possibilities. Accept the unknowable and have faith in your capacity to deal with whatever comes your way.
I no longer allow uncertainty and anxiety to prevent me from living my best life. I now trust in myself. I step out on faith and wait to see where it leads. That might have been the right choice. Therefore, I will never again be a "what if" person; instead, I am a "what's next" person experiencing life to the fullest!
Remember to have the confidence to think that a new try can result in another outcome after experiencing failure, frustration, disappointment, tiredness, and heartache. Be the one who keeps trying.
Nothing will happen talaga even if you dream, if you have no action, there will be no progress at all. Just like me, I'm still afraid ee, maybe saka na. Ahhhh, ito lagi ee, si "saka na!" Maybe soon, like you magkakaroon din ako ng lakas ng loob. And congrats naman sayo, you are step closer to it na, you dream, you take action, and now ayan na, nag aantay nalang. For sure sobrang sarap sa feeling nyan └|∵|┐♪
Yes po Ate! Super sarap sa feeling. I am glad that I start to take a step closer to my dreams and goals in life. 🤗 Sana nga po maging positive ang resulta.
