New Year Resolutions a challenge or promise in disguise
New year resolutions are a challenge or promise we humans decides to change or achieve in a new year which probably seems difficult in most ways for many to fulfill and in that sense it literally a promise in disguise.
We make a resolution to try and change something about ourselves or our lives, but most times we don't follow through with it. Most people often don't know where to start and probably this may be because they don't have a clear idea of what they want to change.
Along the line, it might be affected by temptation or the individual been afraid of what might happen if they don't succeed, which also depends on the resolution that was said to be fulfilled.
Whatever the reasons might be, resolutions often end up failing which looks disappointing but that doesn't mean they weren't worth trying in the first place. In fact, making a resolution can be a great way to set yourself up for success.
Resolutions are a challenge and promise in disguise. We all wants to be better as humans and make changes, but resolutions can be a little bit tricky in the process. They can be easy to make but hard to keep, and they can be a trap that easily leads to disappointment and failure.
The good news is that resolutions are a perfect opportunity to reflect on who you are and what you want for yourself. They can also be an opportunity to set goals and take actions to achieve them.
However, resolutions are a way to create momentum. When we make a resolution, it feels like a big deal and we're more likely to follow through because we're putting in effort to make changes.
They are also a way for us to set goals, to focus on what we need to do and to make a change. But resolutions can also be a way to avoid change, to avoid taking responsibility for our actions and to avoid disappointment.
Resolutions have the power to change our lives and our attitudes. They can be a challenge to get started but they are a promise to finish.
If we make a resolution that is too easy, we are likely to not follow through. If we make a resolution that is too hard, we are likely to give up before we even start.
The best resolutions are the ones that are challenging but achievable. They are the ones that will help us grow and learn and become the person we want to be.
When you make a resolution, make sure it's something that you can actually do. Don't try to make a resolution that's too big or too hard. It is advisable to choose something that you can realistically achieve.
It is a natural feeling to be a little bit down when you break a resolution. But remember, you're not a failure but you're just taking a step in the right direction to change your life for good.
Resolutions are a challenge and promise to ourselves that we will do better in the future. They are a reminder that we are capable of change and that we have the power to make our lives better.
Resolutions are our plans, and goals to be accomplished with in a year. Happy New Year! my friend ! May all your plans, and goals for this year come true.
That's what we hope to achieve and fulfill which is not easy but will be worth it when accomplished.
