Boguchwała, a charming little town / Urocze miasteczko w woj.podkarpackim
I will show you today what Boguchwała, a small town in south-eastern Poland looks like. Many of the houses here reminded me of the ones I saw in Podlasie (north-eastern part of Poland). Wooden one-story houses, painted in various colors, e.g. green or brown. I also noticed that there were chapels in several yards. Apparently, these are the customs here.
In this part of Poland, the terrain is more hilly than where I live (in the center of the country) and I enjoyed riding an electric bike around the local streets. When I was going up the hill, I could turn on the higher assist mode and the bike was going up the hill by itself. On flat terrain, I rode without assist mode.
Boguchwała is just a 15-20 minute bus ride from the larger city of Rzeszów. Below you can see a photo of the bus station.
I have always been fascinated by the natural values in Boguchwała, especially the Wisłok river, the local nature, and the rope bridge. I also liked walking around the town, which is very cozy, well-kept and architecturally interesting. Many houses are built in a different style, but they fit together nicely. I hope that in the photos I took I managed to capture this diversity.
Mnie zawsze fascynowały w Boguchwale walory przyrodnicze, przede wszystkim rzeka Wisłok, tutejsza przyroda, most linowy.
I like that sign "Attention. Good dog. Bites". Usually such signs say "bad dog, dangerous", etc ... 😉 and here someone has hung a plaque with a less schematic inscription about a good dog, who, however, can defend the area and... of course bites 😉
Spodobała mi się ta tabliczka "Uwaga. Dobry pies.
I liked these sunflowers and flowers growing out of road slabs. There was no pavement in this street.
Spodobały mi się te słoneczniki i kwiatki wyrastające z płyt drogowych. Na tej uliczce nie było chodnika.

Hello @katiefreespirit. 😊 I was wondering whether you have a Twitter or Discord account. Are you active on those platforms?
My main intent in messaging you there was simply to highly encourage you to be more active in engaging with the other authors of the Architecture+Design Community by commenting on their posts and other forms of social interactions. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Cheers! 👍
Hi @storiesoferne 😊 I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier, but I didn't notice your comment. I don't have a Twitter account, I do have a Discord account - with the same name as on the Hive blog, but I rarely check there. Thanks for the valuable feedback. I haven't been very active on the blog lately because I've had a lot of work, but I'm going to be here more often soon, write more posts and of course get more involved in writing comments and appreciating other bloggers' posts. Have a nice day 😊
Thank you so much dear @katiefreespirit for your positive feedback. This is much appreciated! We look forward to your active engagement with authors of the architecture community and of course your exceptional publications. I'm truly grateful for your kind consideration! Have an enjoyable weekend! 🙏😊
Thanks 😊
