The Paradisiacal Place of Mount Balanak in Sitio Danao Manticao

Beautiful surroundings and areas are some of the best Gift of Nature to all of us here on Earth. All of us loves to travel different fascinating, Relaxing and cool places either far or near places as long as the place contains fascinating views. For today's blog, I will take you to the Mountainous place of Mount Banakan in Sitio Danao the part in the Municipality of Manticao, the Province of Misamis Oriental. This area is really far from urbanized places even in Sitio and it needs to walk a few hours before it reach the Place. We lived in Barangay Poblacion Manticao and from Barangay Poblacion, it needs to travel a few hours using motorcycles. Big kinds of vehicles like Trucks cannot passable here because the road in only for Human and motorcycles.

Sitio Danao and the Mountains of Banakan is located here in Mountain range of Manticao, Misamis Oriental. This place is connect at Mount Talabaan located in Barangay Toud. The Provincial Road is also far from this areas and it takes few Kilometers away and a few hours of walking. This big chunk of stones is located at the top of the mountain and it is already surrounded with algae plants.

Traveling in this areas is a bit challenge because of the thick wild plants and wild grass grows in the mountain. By doing a hiking adventure here, it needs to wear thick clothes just like pants, boots and jackets to keep avoiding and safe from any dangerous animals like snakes and wasps. Those people who loves mountain climbing is really fit in this kind of adventure.

Mount Banakan consists lots of spring and streams and some of it are found here at the top of the mountain. This spring consists of Cold spring water and the most fascinating of this is the water is drinkable. The water comes from underground and it flows in here. There are no houses or any animals near at the stream that is why it is safe to drink. It flows on those big rocks and the water is very cold even if it is already Noontime. There are different kinds of rocks including its sizes, shapes or forms and colors. It gives the stream a fascinating views and aside of that, a fresh and cold water can make us more relaxing and comfortable.

Trees and wild plants is very important and gives a great contributions for the Nature. This big and tall trees can gives shelter to all wild animals just like birds. The bark of the trees are already covered with algae plants and some mushrooms and fungi. Plakata trees is one of the best trees can be planted and grows bigger and taller. Aside of that, this very old and big Molave trees is already grows many years already. The areas is also a best spot for camping activities and below in this trees are some plain areas. Approximately there are 40 kinds of trees can be found here, and most of the trees are native and hardwood perfect for any construction purposes.

This is a unique small house, but it was already abandoned and the owner leaved this house it is made of light materials just like bamboos, plainsheets and round lumber. The lawn was already covered with wild grass. This is houses looks like can be seen here at Sitio Danao but even if it is simple but very unique astonishing built. Mount Balanak is a kind of wonderful and perfect place to visits especially for those people who loves traveling. Every summer season, there are lots of people who will visited.
