My beautiful hometown Amasya! 🍎

Hello there!

How are you? I hope you are doing well. Although I shared my first article on hive.blog a while ago, I did not follow it up for some special reasons. Today is a beautiful sunny day and I feel good and energetic. While I started the day so motivated, I wanted to share my recent trip with you here. I am new here, so there may be some omissions and mistakes, so I beg your indulgence. Although I was aware of hive.blog long ago, the distance made me forget many things. Since Hive.blog is constantly innovating, I can sometimes fall behind. But despite everything, I hope you enjoy reading my article.

Last week I visited Amasya, one of the most beautiful provinces of Turkey. I was born here, but as soon as I was born, my family migrated to the big city. Because I love this place so much, I often come to visit. I visit the city and visit my relatives who live here.

On the other hand, the city I live in, Istanbul, is getting crowded every day and the population is increasing rapidly. I can say that this beautiful city, which I used to love very much, has become almost unlivable for me. Incredibly heavy traffic, big shopping malls everywhere and crowds of people overwhelm me and prevent me from breathing. Trees, animals and fresh air are what I need the most right now! During my visit to Amasya, I made plans to be more permanent this time. I asked myself what it would be like to live here permanently, and being there really made me feel very good and peaceful.

There was a great silence and peace! Waking up in the morning to the sounds of roosters, opening the door to the backyard and eating fruit there is a priceless luxury for me!

Although Amasya is a very big city, other small provinces connected to Amasya are still living village life. People are still raising their own animals and farming their gardens. I would like to share photos and my article about it as a separate post.

In today's article I will be sharing only the center of Amasya with you. Amasya city center is located in the middle of the mountains and the Green River passes through the city center. Although the historical wooden houses by the river are still used as houses by some, most of them have been restored as hotels and restaurants. I find the people who live here very lucky. Imagine that you live in such a beautiful historic house and the river flows in front of your window. You open the back window and there are huge mountains. It is tremendous...

My cousin's wife and their little daughter accompanied us while we were touring the city. We had a very fun and impressive time. I would like to talk and write more, but I don't want to bore you while reading too much. I mean, since I prefer to look at the photos rather than reading too many long articles, I am focusing on sharing photos, assuming that you also like it. :) In my next article I will be sharing the villages and the lives there! I hope you enjoyed reading my article and it motivated you to see this beautiful city. Please go and visit if you are ever in the area because it really is an impressive city worth seeing! You will thank me!

Love to you...

Wow, but who wouldn't feel good in a place as beautiful as this? I understand that sometimes cities can be overwhelming and visiting a quiet and beautiful place like this usually brings peace. I would love to visit someday and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
