Isn't it funny how the narrative has changed?
From the mindset that
you have to study to get rich to
you have to get rich to study?

Isn't it funny how the narrative has changed?
From the format that
you have to be gainfully employed to make a living to
you have to have a skill to make a living.

White collar jobs no longer pay better than the blue collars
and education isn't the best legacy anymore,
sometimes, que será será, isn't even so anymore,
As you now determine what your destiny is by yourself.

Isn't it funny how the narrative has changed?
Where were we when these things were changing?
Or were we told lies when we were growing up?
Because this reality doesn't look like what we were told.

Truly, the world isn't stationed at a point,
It's evolving and we need to adjust to its standard,
The narratives which we were told,
Has changed from what it used to be.

Life changes but the important thing is never to stop moving
Education pays for those who want to go in that line
And for those with skills and craft, just be diligent and it pays too
Life happens, situations change but the hard work just never stop.
