When other kids doesn't want to associate with me,

I was an only child,

I will miss you,
I knew you would stay if you could,

The bonds of friendship that won't be diminished or broken by time and space. What a rare meeting indeed of a person befriending another who needs a kind gesture. One never knows what another person is going through. I'm reminded of a saying that we meet people for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. And each person comes into our lives and teaches us something or we give something in return. One never knows.
