♥ The Birth of Summer ♥

¡Hola a todos! Hace poco Axie Infinity creó un concurso de arte para la comunidad en la cual decidí participar. El tema era: Verano. Así que decidí armar una idea en base a eso.

Hello everyone! Recently Axie Infinity created an art contest for the community in which I decided to participate. The theme was: Summer. So I decided to put together an idea based on that.

Para los que conocen obras antiguas, decidí basarme en la pieza: El nacimiento de Venus. En la misma hay elementos que me ayudarían a entrar en la temática del concurso: Verano y Nacimiento.

For those of you who know ancient works, I decided to base myself on the piece: The Birth of Venus. In it there are elements that would help me to enter the theme of the contest: Summer and Birth.

Debíamos integrar un Axie con 6 partes de Verano, así que a los laterales integré 3 de ellos, los cuales también están en la obra original. Este fanart es muy apreciado por mi, significa el nacimiento de los axies de verano en la playa, creo que es un metáfora que se acerca mucho a lo que se pide en el concurso.

We had to integrate an Axie with 6 Summer parts, so to the sides I integrated 3 of them, which are also in the original artwork. This fanart is very appreciated by me, it means the birth of the summer axies on the beach, I think it is a metaphor that is very close to what is asked in the contest.

Cuando comencé a pintarlo tenía en mente que debía parecer una pintura renacentista, con tonos pasteles, adorables y femenina. Quería plasmar la belleza del axie femenino y su procreaciones playeras, la estética debía contar la temática del concurso con solo verlo.

When I started painting it, I had in mind that it should look like a renaissance painting, with pastel tones, adorable and feminine. I wanted to capture the beauty of the female axie and her beach procreations, the aesthetics should tell the theme of the contest just by looking at it.

Hice muchas pruebas en colores, quería limitarlos lo más que pudiera, porque entra más colores diferentes hubiese menos armonía iba a tener la pieza, así que alteré algunos colores originales de los axies para que todo tuviese sentido en color.

I did a lot of testing on colors, I wanted to limit them as much as I could, because the more different colors there were the less harmony the piece was going to have, so I altered some of the original colors of the axies so that everything would make sense in color.

¡Y ASÍ TERMINÓ ESTE GRAN TRABAJO! Me parece una pieza de arte muy hermosa. Mi idea sobre un fanart de axie infinity con un estilo renacentista, playera, pastel... quedó plasmado en un 95% y eso me alegra. Es realmente hermoso plasmar lo que tienes en mente. ¡Espero que les haya gustado!

And THAT'S HOW THIS GREAT WORK FINISHED! I think it's a very beautiful piece of art. My idea about a fanart of axie infinity with a renaissance style, playera, pastel.... was captured in 95% and that makes me happy. It's really beautiful to capture what you have in mind, I hope you liked it!
