Angel beats: An emotional journey between heaven and hell
Hello friends of Hive, today I bring you an anime that, just like Clannad, managed to move me to tears. Maybe many of you have already heard or seen it, and I loved this anime because of the different stories of the characters that are presented to us throughout the plot. So, without further ado, let's get to the anime.
This anime begins with our protagonist, Otonashi, who finds himself disoriented and not knowing where he is. As he keeps walking, he arrives at a regular school where he meets several students. All this seems strange to our protagonist, until a girl named Yuri approaches him and explains that he is in a place between life and death, that is, something similar to limbo. In addition to this, Yuri reveals to him that everyone has a purpose, which is to find peace and pass on to the afterlife.

Otonashi remembers nothing and does not know how he got there or how he died. Yuri teaches him that they must fight someone named Angel, who happens to be the president of the school's student council. Just as they are talking about Angel, she appears and Otonashi, bewildered by everything, begins to fight her. However, he is surprised by Angel's fighting skills, even thinking that she has superhuman powers. Faced with this great difference in powers, our protagonist is completely defeated.

After this, Otonashi meets with the other students and realizes that each of them has their own story of how they died and why they are there. As our protagonist interacts with the different characters, he realizes that the situation is not as simple as it seems. So he teams up with Yuri to confront Angel and find out why they are there and what this whole place is about.

The highlights of Angel Beats are its characters and the different stories that each one has. This manages to make us empathize with each of them, as the anime manages to develop their stories in a touching way. In addition, the anime has different aspects, at the beginning everything is more comical, but as it progresses, it becomes more serious, which keeps us hooked until the last chapter.
In my opinion, Angel Beats is an anime that grabs you little by little. It starts with comic moments to make you laugh and begin to feel affection for the characters, but then addresses much more serious issues, generating a feeling of empathy towards each of them. This leads us to reflect on various issues, such as our relationships with others and the purpose of life, among other things. When I watched this anime, I did not expect the background of each character to be so well developed. There is one in particular that really touched my heart, and if you watch it, you will understand which one I mean: the story of the baseball player and the character in a wheelchair, this means that we will have endearing characters thanks to the exciting stories that each one has, plus it is incredible how they achieved these in just 13 chapters. If you liked anime like Clannad, AnoHana, Little Busters and others of this style, you can't miss Angel Beats.

Hola amigos de Hive, hoy les traigo un anime que, al igual que Clannad, logró emocionarme hasta las lágrimas. Tal vez muchos de ustedes ya lo han escuchado o visto, y es que este anime me encantó por las distintas historias de los personajes que se nos presentan a lo largo de la trama. Así que, sin más preámbulos, vamos con el anime.
Este anime comienza con nuestro protagonista, Otonashi, quien se encuentra desorientado y sin saber dónde está. Mientras sigue caminando, llega a una escuela común donde se encuentra con varios estudiantes. Todo esto le parece extraño a nuestro protagonista, hasta que una chica llamada Yuri se le acerca y le explica que se encuentra en un lugar entre la vida y la muerte, es decir, algo similar al limbo. Además de esto, Yuri le revela que todos tienen un propósito, que es encontrar la paz y pasar al más allá.

Otonashi no recuerda nada y desconoce cómo llegó allí o como murió. Yuri le enseña que deben luchar contra alguien llamado Angel, quien resulta ser la presidenta del consejo estudiantil de la escuela. Justo cuando están hablando de Angel, esta aparece y Otonashi, desconcertado por todo, comienza a luchar contra ella. Sin embargo, se sorprende por las habilidades de combate de Angel, llegando incluso a pensar que ella tiene poderes sobrehumanos. Ante esta gran diferencia de poderes, nuestro protagonista es derrotado por completo.

Después de esto, Otonashi se reúne con los demás estudiantes y se da cuenta de que cada uno de ellos tiene su propia historia de cómo murieron y por qué están allí. A medida que nuestro protagonista se relaciona con los distintos personajes, se da cuenta de que la situación no es tan sencilla como parece. Lo más destacado de Angel Beats son sus personajes y las distintas historias que cada uno tiene. Esto logra que nos sintamos empáticos con cada uno de ellos, ya que el anime logra desarrollar sus historias de una manera conmovedora. Además, el anime tiene diferentes aspectos, al principio todo es más cómico, pero a medida que avanza, se vuelve más serio, lo que nos mantiene enganchados hasta el último capítulo.
En mi opinión, Angel Beats es un anime que te va atrapando poco a poco. Comienza con momentos cómicos para que te rías y empieces a sentir cariño por los personajes, pero luego aborda temas mucho más serios, generando un sentimiento de empatía hacia cada uno de ellos. Esto nos lleva a reflexionar sobre diversas cuestiones, como nuestras relaciones con los demás y el propósito de la vida, entre otras cosas. Cuando vi este anime, no esperaba que el trasfondo de cada personaje estuviera tan bien desarrollado. Hay uno en particular que realmente tocó mi corazón, y si lo ven, entenderán a cuál me refiero: la historia del beisbolista y el personaje en silla de ruedas esto significa que tendremos personajes entrañables gracias a las emocionantes historias que cada uno tiene, además que es increible como lograron esto en tan solo 13 capitulos. Si les gustaron animes como Clannad, AnoHana, Little Busters y otros de este estilo, no pueden perderse Angel Beats.

No puede ver una escena o imagen de Angel Beats sin sentirme triste, es increíble como un anime corto de solo 12 capítulos puede ser tan impactante y dramático al mismo tiempo de hacerte sentir tanta empatía por varios personaje, la historia de Yui y Iwasawa me parecieron muy triste, otra cosa que me gusto mucho fue la banda musical, todas sus canciones son Buenas y una de la dos cantantes es LiSA mi favorita :D.
I can't watch a scene or image of Angel Beats without feeling sad, it's amazing how a short anime of only 12 chapters can be so shocking and dramatic at the same time making you feel so much empathy for several characters, the story of Yui and Iwasawa seemed to me very sad, another thing I liked a lot was the music band, all their songs are good and one of the two singers is LiSA my favorite :D.

Para serte sincero recordaba que el anime era como que mas largo pero luego busque y realmente era super corto, y me parecio sorprende como construyeron todo tambien que en tan solo 12 capítulos uno se pudo en cariñar bastante con los personajes. Para mi el de Yui fue la que mas me dolio y como luego lo que pasa es muy lindo con respecto a Hinata y todo lo que este le dice que va hacer me gusto bastante. Escuche el opening hace poco y me trae muchos recuerdos muy buena canción. Gracias por tu comentario <3
To be honest I remembered that the anime was kind of longer but then I looked it up and it was really super short, and I found it surprising how they built everything also that in only 12 chapters you could get really attached to the characters. For me, Yui's was the one that hurt me the most and then what happens is very nice with respect to Hinata and everything that she tells her that she is going to do, I liked it a lot. I listened to the opening recently and it brings back a lot of memories very good song. Thanks for your comment <3
