Walk to the the Ice Age exhibition
It Is Wednesday afternoon and we took a walk.My children love adventures, research and new things. Today we walked to the nearby shopping center and we saw that there was an interactive exhibition and workshop called Ice Age.
The children wanted to participate, we signed up and together we enjoyed learning about the Ice Age, Northern and the South Pole. At the end of the workshoxhibition, the girls received delicious ice cream for participating in the project. They chose the flavors themselves.
First we stopped there to warm ourselves with hot chocolate and coffee.
The project will last until February 27 and children can participate. It is really wonderfully designed. Students tried out sleds, caught fish in frozen water, learned about Eskimos and igloos, polar bears and of course about penguins.
At the end they were happy to be richer for new knowledge about Ice Age and because they received ice-creams as a reward.
The ice-creams were delicious.
Greetings
Till the next post....
Sounds like good time for the kids. I was shocked to see ice fishing was available that's pretty cool.
Looks like the kids had a fun time with that exhibit,I think its great when they have interactive exhibits like this for children
Thanks for joining the Wednesday, its always fun for me to visit the walks from all around the world, getting a feel for communities where people live and what they see on their daily walks
