Wednesday Walk: with friends visiting the house that hit the disaster
Without realizing it, we will meet again on the streets on Wednesday.
Yesterday I went to visit my friend's place at a funeral, my friend's biological brother passed away, I and my colleagues from our office visited there.
Our journey, which took about 45 minutes from the office, we went to use the office car, as friends use motorbikes.
This trip became for us to entertain grieving families, we and our friends also collected some alms in the form of money for families who had been hit by a disaster.
When we arrived at our destination, we were immediately greeted by the bereaved family, and we were asked to sit in the seats provided.
We also read some prayers, for the dead.
We also hope that the families of the victims will be patient in facing this trial or disaster.
It wasn't long before we were given several dishes from the family that was struck by the disaster, tried the rice and then we also tasted the dish.
After a while we sat there we asked permission to go home, then we continued back to where we were.
This trip is a little useful for us, because we have arrived at our destination and returned safely.
I was able to take some photos on the way and photos to the destination
Here are some photos as follows
this is one of the funeral homes we visited, and we and our friends were taking a short break
This is all I share on this occasion. Hopefully next Wednesday we can share other walkers
Sharing in a time of sorrow, assisting where able never an easy task to undertake, it is the honourable thing to do. Sorry to hear families in your region are suffering.
Thank you friend.
