Christmas with Family! || Movie Time

We all know Christmas is for celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, and this is the period where families get the opportunity to come together. And it happens to be the only time that my siblings come home and have the full house together.

Although I didn't take any pictures, I had the most interesting time with my family this year. We had never been together like we were yesterday. I personally don't spend much time with family, even when I am home. I always isolate myself and get busy in my room doing a thing or two on my laptop.

But yesterday was different. I felt the vibe, and I was willing to drop other things to spend time staying in the living room and watching television with everyone. We ate, drank, and watched movies together. We watched a total of 4 movies yesterday. Two movies were normal movies, and the other two were series. We finished two seasons of movies in one day.

So I would share the movie we watched together. The first was Rebel Moon

I have never seen a movie that has as many slow-motion fighting scenes as this one. There is a lot of slow motion that you might start to think is this Zee world. Just joking there, but the movie was great. I really enjoyed it with my family.

After we were done with this 2-hour movie, my sisters wanted to watch a Yoruba series titled "Ololade".

This is a Nigerian movie that talks about two foolish men who are not wise at all. They allow themselves to be used and manipulated. This is a drama-comedy movie that people might actually like. I don't want to drop spoilers, and at the same time, I don't want it to be like a movie review.

The last two movies we watched were the ones I really enjoyed the most. The first, which is Ijogbon, and the last, which is Quiz Game Reality show. All my siblings had watched the real Quid Game movie, and I was the only one who had not watched a single episode in the game. So they were really excited to see what the reality quiz show looked like.

There was no actual killing like in the real Quid Game, and it was very interesting to watch. I cannot believe we finished the whole season. We watched the movie at 2am the next day, before we actually went to bed.

We were all discussing who would be evicted and analysing the character of each player. I really liked how we talked to each other, making predictions on players to be evicted.

I felt the bond and every laugh we shared yesterday. It was a feeling that I had long-term feelings for them all.
