We have finally come to the end of the newbies initiative and also team leaders weekly reports and I'm really so happy to have you stop by to leave your support once again. Today being the last day for the weekly report, I will be giving a breakdown of how well my team members did from the start of the challenge till the end and also some few suggestions they made for the newbies initiative program, so stay tuned.

The initiative has been a really great experience so far for the newbies that were privileged to be a part of it and so far from their testimonies, I would say they all benefitted something that will be very helpful to them in their hive journey, they were able to learn and experiment six tasks in total ;

These were the tasks that was given for the six weeks of the initiative and the seventh week was when the newbies were asked to give a breakdown of their journey so far and their reviews on the initiative. At the beginning of the initiative, I had eight newbies assigned to me and it has been both sweet and bitter experience. It was sweet because I loved seeing how the newbies tried their best to attempt all the task that were given but bitter because some of them could no longer continue in the initiative due to one reason or another but in all, the newbies of this batch were totally impressive compared to that of the previous batch.

At the beginning of the initiative for 2022, we could see how enthusiastic the newbies were but moving from one task to the other, the consistency of my team members started depreciating because of so many reasons, like poor support on their different tasks, some offline business to attend to and laziness of course but I must commend @kingsleyy, @geelocks and @moremoney28 for their ever consistency to how they attempt the different tasks given.

For the last task, newbies were asked to give a recount of their goals and feedbacks on the initiative and from what I saw, my team members did really well although not all of them were able to achieve their set goals except for @moremoney28 who did extremely well. The rest achieved success but then couldn't meet up with their set goals because they were not consistent and also some did not set realistic goals if I should say that. But in all, they were all amazing!!!

Most of my team members complained about the task 4 which was on Hive DAPPS (3Speak especially) because they said the explanation given on the task was not as detailed as it should be and that it would be less difficult if more explanations were given on the different tasks that would be assigned to newbies. But overall, they all appreciate the initiative for the guidance and support given to them so far.

The initiative has been a really good one so far, I was also a product of the initiative and I can say this initiative is one of the best places for any newbie to grow easily and in a fun way but that is only if that newbie is ready to learn. I want to on behalf of my team members, my fellow team leaders and myself thank those who are in charge of the newbies initiative. Special appreciation to the founder and sponsors of the initiative @starstrings01 @theycallmedan @aliento, @projectmambg and others.
