Luxury - Yes, coffee is first and foremost a luxury to enjoy. Sit by the balcony, watch over the pouring rain, feel the rainy breeze and sip at a hot cup of latte - hardly anything beats it. You know I am right.

Hobby - If you have made yourself coffee drinks like latte, cappuccino, simple pour over...you know if you don't like it as a hobby you're not going to enjoy going through the "ritual" on a daily basis. Starting from the thrill of buying beans to grinding and adding your own secret touch to add a bit of flavour to the process of brewing - it has to be a hobby!

kick - Well, duh! What's coffee without that morning kick eh!

So to sum it up, Coffee is a Luxurious Hobby with a kick to it!

Edit : Here's my favourite coffee mug! The words hit different and brings back so many memories!

There was a time I used to make latte everyday hehe! I've switched to mostly drip coffee now, but I'll still occasionally go to a cfe for a latte or cappuccino πŸ˜„

What was the score?

NZ are 216/7 after 44 overs. It's still on, and there's football later in the evening! My schedule is all jam packed hehe πŸ˜‚

Definitely coffee is a kick way, very good your perspective. I couldn't live without my morning coffee.

How Hobby can also be a game full of experiments. I like to mix flavors, even though with some I have a feeling it will go wrong, it ends up being a delicious thing in the end.

I agree that it is a luxury, one of the wonders that those of us who don't have expensive cars and big houses can afford. Having a cup of coffee is like sunbathing in front of a swimming pool or reading a book in the middle of a beautiful silent forest.

Coffee is a Luxurious Hobby with a kick to it!

Yes, sir! I know you're right!

I don't have a balcony at home, but as soon as it starts to rain, I like to make coffee and lie down in my hammock on the porch. It's almost always black coffee, but sometimes if the weather really cools down, I add coconut milk and cocoa powder. It's nothing like a kick, as I get sleepy anyway, though πŸ˜‚

I don't have issues with lactose but I should drink skim milk to keep my cholesterol under control. And I'm not sure if coconut milk is recommended to keep it under control.

I think that the oil in coconut milk will not increase your cholesterol because it is a vegetable fat, and it is also less frequently consumed so I don't think you are going to overdo it. Don't stop enjoying its sweet flavor @coquicoin

You are right. Coffee can also be a hobby, very interesting indeed. For me, it is not, at least yet. But I want at to sign up for a course to learn how to taste the difference of denomination coffee. Maybe if I do, it will also become a hobby.

And it is definitely a kick and a luxury that fortunately I can afford ;)

Well, I have the joy of giving myself a life of luxury every morning. πŸ˜Šβ˜• In my country a few years ago the price of coffee increased so much that very few could buy it, really it was a luxury to be able to enjoy even just a cup of coffe in the morning.

My three words would be: Bitter, delicious and strange.

(Coincidentally they are the same ones I use to describe my ex, whatever).

I usually prefer sweet things, but with coffee it's not important since I like it both bitter and sweet. If I don't have sweetener in the cup it doesn't matter, as long as I have my morning coffee strong and black, I can start the day off right.

The deliciousness can't be taken away, I mean, how is that possible? And based on this question comes the strange thing. We don't know why coffee is delicious, but it is; it is one of those few things that make you feel good without taking antidepressants or things that hurt you mentally.

Here is a picture of my morning coffee today.

avatar

Coincidentally they are the same ones I use to describe my ex, whatever

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

The bitterness of coffee is actually quite important and a lot of people don't realize it. They add sugar to wash away the bitterness. But it is the bitterness that balances out the sweetness of accompanying dishes especially bakery snacks and stuff.

0
0
0.000
avatar

That's right, I recently realized that eating a sweet bread with a bitter coffee made a special difference, it's a practice I do every time I go to a coffee shop.

0

avatar

πŸ˜† I'm sure a lot of people would describe their ex that way. Bitter and strange for sure lol

0

I hadn't realized exes could be described with the same words we use for coffee... Let me see... I wouldn't say my ex is like my delicious and comforting black coffee, but I could compare it to the cow's milk latte I used to drink before: it was the most delicious at first, and also the sweetest, but then it started to hurt my stomach, and I had to move to a healthier kind of latte 🀣 Also I found out I wasn't that much into sweet coffee. So much sugar prevented me from seeing the true flavor of that coffee. I don't want any more of that coffee πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

0
0
0.000
avatar

You did well not to fall into that again. I use the same words with my ex because they describe him very well. I can't deny that it is delicious, but it is a bitter taste that I would want for the rest of my life, just enjoy it and that's it. 😁😁😁

Words that remember the ex, These words say a lot about that person. Hehe.

I think strange would be a very interesting word to describe coffee, in truth coffee has a certain mysticism and how it interacts in our body is a true mystery. you tell us is very interesting.

I leave you a cup of delicious coffee.β˜•

Creamy, rich, and comforting are the words that I would use to describe coffee. I often add cream to my coffee, which makes it both rich and creamy and I always feel comforted when I drink it in the morning.

This isn't my favorite coffee item per-say but the one I use every day that I drink coffee at home, so i suppose in a way that makes it a favorite?

Hmmm a salty touch. Interesting. Do you add salt or is the cream salty tasting?

I add salted cream. I usually use it for sweet desserts, but I discovered that it is also delicious with sweet coffee.

The salty touch enhances the flavor. I have tried it in oatmeal atol and in chocolate cakes and I have noticed that they are more delicious.

I learned it from my family on my father's side; they come from Parian culture. I add a pinch if salt to my latte, always.

Creamy, rich, and comforting...

I like these words to describe coffee. Although I don't use regular cream in my coffee anymore, I do remember the pleasant sensation.

You know, I was thinking about what makes favorite things favorite, and choosing them most of the time if not always over other things must definitively be a criterion. I think that cup is one of your favorite things; it is!

0

That's a good point about favorite. Spot in πŸ˜πŸ‘

Hmm, never tried adding cream to coffee. I rely on the creamy texture of steamed milk for the creaminess of my coffee. Does adding extra cream make it too heavy?

0
0
0.000
avatar

In Canada we have a wide variety of milk products so there is every form of milk and cream that you can think of:

Skim milk, 1% milk, 2% milk, whole milk (3.25%), light cream (5%), half and half (10%), table cream (18%), and finally heavy cream (35%). I use half and half cream. Most cafes use table cream. I don't find either to be too heavy but it's all what you're used to I guess. Steamed milk is also good but I don't like just plain milk πŸ˜†

0

That's a long list! I'd wish I could try all of those in my coffee and be able to tell the difference 😜

Yeah it's a lot. Too much really.

0

In my experience, when I used to have some cream in my coffee, it makes it thickest and less frothy but with a stronger aftertaste. The fat in the cream makes the taste last longer; however, it's not coffee taste but coffee & cream taste.

Very comforting is definitely what I would use to describe the coffee too. We can have the worst day, but when we take a sip of coffee we undoubtedly feel better.

Hi, coffee lovers!

I'm here with my cup of coffee, enjoying a beautiful day off. This is the small cup I choose everyday, even when I have to fill it twice; I like the way my black coffee tastes when I drink from this cup. I guess it has to do with the material and the color. As it happens in poetry, and in art in general, all the elements that are brought together are permeated by each other. I even like the sound this coffee cup makes when I put it on the table. Maybe there's a little bit of synesthesia in that. I think it happens to all of us that we associate things that seemingly have nothing to do with each other, but these things make sense to us on a very personal level, don't they?

Β Β Β Β Β Β Three Words for Coffee

Β Β Β Β Β Β Three words I have to choose
Β Β Β Β Β Β for coffee, drink of mine.
Β Β Β Β Β Β The first one must be booze,
Β Β Β Β Β Β for it’s my morning wine.

Β Β Β Β Β Β The second one is grip;
Β Β Β Β Β Β It grounds me when I flip.

Β Β Β Β Β Β My once and for all hack
Β Β Β Β Β Β is one good steaming cup;
Β Β Β Β Β Β it brings my spirits back.

Β Β Β Β Β Β Then, booze, and grip, and hack.

That's an excellent point, the material and color are an excellent combination. From there you get an idea of what the flavor will come from.

Interesting words to describe coffee. In my case, if coffee were like wine I would be drunk every day πŸ˜… I drink too many cups of coffee since I always have a busy day, and like you, it also restores my spirits. It is the elixir of every day.

This is absolutely spot on! I have noticed it too, the cup you drink your coffee in, the ambiance you drink your coffee, everything adds in to either make the experience better or worse.

Interesting Words for coffee, the most important word for me is hack. Coffee is my life source πŸ˜€.

0
0
0.000
avatar

Undoubtedly they would be: inspiration, temperance and warmth.

These three describe for me what coffee is, because it is present in everything I do, and when I feel I can't do something, a cup of coffee or even its aroma is enough to open my senses and bring back inspiration. It is my muse.

The temperance to know when to stop and take things in moderation, it happens to me a lot when I am anxious and want to eat a lot, prepare a coffee and enjoy it, after that comes a "stop". It's my pause.

The warmth I need when I want to observe things better, what I feel when I sit on the porch of my house to watch the sunrise. It is my warmth.

Happy day or night to all, thanks for the #coffeeconversation.

What a lovely conversation!

Let's see how I'd prescribe my coffee, I think strong, balanced and delicious are my three words.

I don't like coffee if it's not a bit strong, it needs to have that bitter taste and then I need to have the exact right combination of the coffee, some coffee creamer from Completa as well as 2 teaspoons of sugar. If I accidentally (it happens) add too much sugar or it's a bit low on sugar, I don't enjoy my coffee. In fact, when too much sugar is added, I prefer giving it to my boyfriend as I will not enjoy it, lol.

The coffee creamer from Completa is my secret ingredient. We tried using a few different milk frothers but none of these (even with good foam) came even close to my delicious coffee combination with creamer. In Holland the creamer was sold everywhere, here I have to make a special order every month at a store selling products from abroad, lol. In Holland, I often used a B-brand which never gave the same taste.

It makes my coffee more expensive for sure, but I feel like I should enjoy every cup I drink, lol.

Happy Sunday, coffee lovers!

My three words for coffee are:

pleasant There is not much to explain here. A cup of good coffee is one of the small pleasures that can be enjoyed every day.

upper If I'm feeling dull and need a little pick-me-up, what better than a cup of coffee?

sensory A good cup of coffee is a delight to the sense of taste, but in addition, the aroma of coffee is a delight to our sense of smell.

If you mix a couple of frozen bananas, a little cold coconut milk, some roasted peanuts, some drops of lemon juice, and a dash of vanilla essence, you'll get a most delicious and satisfying homemade ice cream. My father is diabetic and can have this ice cream after his lunch.
Every time I make it for him, I make some for us, too.

I have made something like this with bananas, but instead of coconut milk, I used Greek yogurt. But I like the idea of making it with a touch of coconut milk. I'm going to try it. Thank you :)

My three words to describe the delicious coffee would be: inspiration, poetry and freedom

Under the rain and with a cup of my favorite dark coffee, inspiration flows in the form of dissonant letters, the pencil flies tracing with its tip, sketches of ideas anatomically incorrect and with a bias of deep ideas in the inspiration that flows through the caffeine overflowing in the cells of the mind.

The poetry that comes after the inspiration, transforms into sweet yet bitter verses, a bit acidic and with rhetoric flowing like delicious springs and with the smoke of sentiment taking over the consciousness.

I end with the freedom one feels when the pencil stops and on the paper is left what has been written. The release of caffeine has made my whole being fly through lyrics and verses sung in an aroma that takes over existence.

These are my words to describe my deliciousness as I write, I couldn't help but give it the poetic touch, but in truth this is how I feel when I take a cup of very dark coffee and start writing.

Delicious coffee for everyone!β˜•

Energy, scent and health

I would choose these words because they define very well the essence of my morning coffee as you can see in the picture. That cup is at my mother's house, it is a very special cup where she serves me coffee every morning, I call it the golden cup because of its color.

My morning coffee fills me with an incredible energy that no other beverage offers me, it prepares me for the day, giving me the necessary spirit to face the day. Just by smelling its pleasant scent my body is filled with peace and its essence invades my whole body filling it with a unique and incomparable sensation.

A few months ago I received a gift by chance and it was to discover that black coffee without sugar controls histamine in the body and reduces allergies caused by rhinitis. I've been drinking it like this for months and my health has noticeably improved, my body has become more resistant, I hardly take antihistamines because my sneezing has decreased. It is fantastic! Every day my love for coffee increases more and more. β˜•πŸŒ»

You describe it perfectly. In general, coffee is an energizing drink. It gives us health and a good attitude to face the day. It's nice to know that coffee has given you all those health benefits. I didn't know about rhinitis.

Temptation: It is very difficult to refuse an invitation to drink a good cup of coffee. Personally I can not say that nowhen it comes to caffe.

Satisfaction: After enjoying that delicious sweet and bitter taste at the same time, that fiest that my taste buds have with home sip of coffee, then comes the satisfaction.

Joy: after enjoying that cup of coffee wue becomes a special moment, comes the joy .that joy comes with an extra charge of energy that activates us and have us smile.

This is what I feel with every cup of coffee. And if I had to summarize it in 3 words it would be these.

I'm going to enjoy my birthday with a cup of coffee. β˜•β˜•

Hello friends!
If I could only choose 3 words to describe coffee..., for me it would undoubtedly be sunrise, fragrance and life, that is what coffee means in my life; the beginning that accompanies my days, the fragrance that awakens my senses every day and one of the pleasures that I keep in my life, which tells me that I live every day...

Greetings my dear fellow coffee lovers!β˜•β™₯οΈβ˜•πŸ‘‹
