Headache and moodiness
All coffee lovers need a first and I would say mandatory cup of coffee in the morning, it is something that we not only value, we also appreciate it, it is a part of our life without which we can be transformed and suffer.
It has already happened to me that I waited a few hours for a cup of coffee and I got in a very bad mood and all because of a confusion, but a few days ago I lived a morning of great stress and all because I was very, very busy, I really had many things on my mind.
In theory, it was a day like any other. The thing was that since I had a lot of pending things, my mind was looking for a way to organize so that nothing was left unfinished or at least advanced, because there were some things that I did need to solve that day and early in the morning.
As I have already mentioned, I hate being rushed to get my coffee. Actually, I can't stand being rushed, in some cases they only delay me more and, in the case of coffee, I don't drink my cup, because coffee is not something to drink in a hurry.
On the other hand, I am one of those who eats and then drinks the beverage, be it coffee, juice or soda, so I guess that morning with so much on my mind I thought I had my coffee and I didn't, I went out and started to do my pending errands, but suddenly I started with a terrible headache and I didn't understand why I was in such a bad mood.
I tried to calm down by giving myself a motivational sermon, I took a deep breath and focused on doing all those pending errands with the best disposition, but the headache was getting worse and worse to the point that the pain and bad mood was reflected in my face and my husband asked me what was wrong, I answered that I had a terrible headache and I was in a bad mood.
My husband tried to cheer me up by telling me to calm down, that it was probably due to the pressure I was feeling, that everything would be fine and we would get everything done in time, and so it was. Before noon, the most important things were taken care of, the remaining pending items could be moved forward or finished more calmly.
So in an attempt to see that the expression on my face would change, my husband, invited me a coffee and a dessert, that was magic, because in a few minutes the headache was gone and my mood improved considerably, I think we all know how those headaches are when our body desperately asks for its dose of caffeine.
When we got home a little past noon we started to prepare everything for lunch and I noticed that my mug was not in its place, I thought I had left it in the room because of the rush of the busy and atypical morning, so I went to look for it, there everything made sense I had not had a sip of coffee in the morning, who is not going to be in a bad mood and with a terrible headache?
That's why I wanted to rip off the heads of all those who were stumbling blocks to my errands and had black and evil thoughts, thus I bid farewell to my participation in the #STB 83

It also bothers me when someone rushes me to drink coffee, or when I can't drink it quietly because someone barges in too much. For me, drinking coffee is like something special where I must be relaxed, in a place free of noise and solitary; it is difficult when the occupations are demanding and it is necessary to sacrifice coffee time. It's good that you were finally able to resume the cup.
A bad mood usually comes with a lack of coffee, and the remedy is to drink it with a good dessert.
Cheers!
Ah, smart man, your husband! He figured out what was wrong :) Though I imagine spending a little quiet time with a loved one as in this case also helped your mood! Whatever the case, I can definitely relate to the hardship - starting the day without coffee sucks!
He already knows me, plus my face is very expressive, and if his noticing my face and cleverly buying me a coffee was the perfect remedy, starting the day without coffee is a sin.
Incredible as it may seem, this can happen to the best coffee lovers. They may forget to drink coffee when we face a crazy day, but their body doesn't forget... I remember feeling the latency of a portentous migraine a couple of times, during some morning turn class and suddenly realizing, “Oh, I didn't drink my coffee!” Terrifying 😫
As you rightly said, those are the worst headaches, they are a real torment.
For me, drinking coffee should be with total peace and tranquility. I don't like to be rushed, coffee is to be enjoyed, sip by sip to savor it as it should be. It's good that you were able to drink it. A hug
I don't understand how my husband drinks coffee as if it were water, I can't do that, first because it would leave my mouth and throat, second because like you, I love to enjoy it with all my calm and tranquility.
@actioncats , Just like in my own case as well whenever I am overstressed or just at my workplace because I am into a business entrepreneur. I use coffee to step it down and its really makes a lot of difference positively. I always once in a while use coffee to calm down my stress when I was in the university still schooling and it also makes a lot of different. Not to talk of getting the children ready for school and so on.
They are a few sacred minutes that make us forget about the stress of everyday life
