What's With The World?
The world has gone wrong and nothing makes sense
It's so fast we are so quick to talk about good moments in past tense
We have leaders we can't even call anything other than dense
They are concerned with amassing the wealth - tall enough to build a fence
My heart aches for humanity and that's why I am penning this, hence
If only we can see the end with a magic swoop or magnifying lens
Only then can we understand but still, I will drop my 2 cents, maybe 2 pens
Everyone is angry and it's easier to see everyone acting and looking tense
We all need a breather...a miracle but cometh from whence?
There seem to be no hope for this world and only God can help us
A close relationship with the Father makes our reality different
Judging by human character, you will turn into who you shouldn't be
It takes strength to stay sane in such an insane world as this
People carelessly tell lies with no iota of conscience pricking them
They have killed their conscience so much it doesn't even twitch with lies anyone
Some goes as far as wickedness and they accept it as a norm
What's with the world that makes everyone just act up without conscience?
It's easier to get lost in the crowd - losing your identity
But kudos to those who choose to not follow the ways of madness in the world
More fortunate are those even, who found God and accepted Jesus as their Lord
Because on the best cushion to rest is definitely on God's Word
You can fight the way through life with assurance of God's double edged sword
What's with the world that it cages people in and turn them into something else?
The temptation of money? Love of attention
Desire to keep your ego intact or the act of showing off?
To what end? From whence we come...we still go...leaving all behind
The end justifies the means they say but why not be concerned where you end up eventually?
Nothing can justify wickedness, selfishness and hatred
Nothing can justify killing all because of reasons that doesn't hold much water
Jesus is The Way, The Truth and The Life and that's my take too.

I absolutely agree with you. It's a crazy world we live in. People will do just about anything without caring whose of is gored. It's scary to be honest.
It's scary what's happening in the world today
Selfishness has taken over. People love money and power to the point they would kill and lie to have it. Love has been locked to the curb and desire to make it to show off has come into the fold. Sometimes I ask myself if there is hope again for this world. It's messed up. Jesus is the way too. I believe with God, we can allow the love of God into our heart as it shows forth in our world.
You couldn't have said it any better. That's what the world has been reduced to right now and it's disheartening. It's total madness I have to say.
I sincerely enjoyed this reality you shared. That's what's happening in the world right now and you are so right. We just have to allow God help us. We can't live forever, so what's the point in killing and wanting to have it all through crooked ways?
We can't live forever...there is indeed no need for the needless killings and selfishness. We came with nothing and we won't go with anything. It's about what we do here and how we live here.

In this world we are seeing that people are talking to each other only for their own meaning and every human being wants to rise above other human being. If so, this thing is not right at all for the time to come, it will cause great harm to all of us.
It's always about one clash or the other...ego and needless killings.

Everything seems to be turned upside down and designed not to favour those who want to stand against what is true. At times we just need to keep going and going no matter what may be as it helps to take one to keep going. The world really needs to be in peace all over because the way people are been killed all around is not good. This is not supposed to be actually. This is not the world that we planned for and this is not the world we should actually be living in
This is not the world we planned. Everything is upside down. So many things are not going the way things should. This world is draining really but we just keep hope on God right now...and always.
Perfectly said. This is not the world humans planned and actually sometimes I always feel the world is unfair to the world of humanity in the sense that we are not getting what we bargain of. We come to this world innocently just to meet another things entirely and just like you said, the most important thing that can actually sustain us is to keep putting hope in God no matter what because that is how we can actually scale through in this wicked world we are in.
Fair enough...accurate too. We came in innocently and get messed up one way or the other by the evil, greed and selfishness of humans. It all starts with a single person and it spreads. Quite annoying. We need to do better.
But don't you think the world seems to be unfair to the humans whereby we are so much of innocent of things we faced and the evil we are given birth to face and contend with. Jesus indeed is the light, the truth, and the way. I wonder why some humans commit evil without remorse. Some have forgotten that this life is not forever, and everyone will return to where we come from (heaven). I ponder how they will feel then, when they are being judged. They might believe this life is all there is, but it's not.
Those who are wise have accepted Jesus and have been saved, while others, with their unbelief, will face condemnation. I hope they heed the voices preaching God’s words. As for me, I won’t stop winning souls.
Life is not forever but a lot of people don't even remember this simply truth. They think by amassing a lot of wealth they can live forever. Their wealth can't even buy them extra lives. Jesus is truly The Way!!!

It is a fact that time is passing very quickly, one week goes by without knowing it, another one goes by, so we should do all things well and take care of all such things. Should not cause any trouble to others and should not do anything for us which may cause us trouble in the future.
Most people don't care about the future. They care about now and that's why they would happily exploit and kill others just to live in the moment now...without conscience. It's sad.
The ones who will overthrown in this dark and wicked world are those who have actually learn to lean and actually put their hope in God that no matter what, they will stick with God. This is what made us stand out in this perverse world we are in and in this greedy and wicked world we find ourselves where everyone is fighting for his or her sustainability. Not that easy but we just need to keep it going and keep pushing no matter what. That is how we should be.

That's just the truth. A lot of people have left God outside the equation which should not be so. There should be a balance that should be actually created to make all things work as necessary and needed but well quite a pity it is not how it is supposed to be.
The world we live in today is turning into something else. The kind of things people do these days to have money is really shocking. And what they forget sometimes is that when they die they would leave all those things behind.

Truly, the generation of today has turned into something else. We are just chasing Shadows and ephemeral things. Youths are carried away by the recent trends of life, forgetting that everyone has their own path. You can't follow the crowd and distinct yourself from the crowd at the same time.
If only we come to realize what life actually entails, then I think we would all live life with caution.
