What needs to be felt, admired and excited, every day is an opportunity to live life.
The prospect of tomorrow, many times, old anxieties.
The will to not to exist, which now I let it go.
May gratitude now dwell in me, I am sensitive to new pleasures.
I looked inside and listened to the real me. I hear what I always wanted.
A pulsating admiration took root in me, which allows me to look at everything as if it were the first time, to feel relieved, without weight to carry.
In the simplest details, the emotion of everything being as it should be, a simple synchronization in natural order.
What I feel now comforts me, behind so many and usual struggles, I know that I am capable of overcoming.
My limitations are no longer defects, but opportunities to be a better man.

O que precisa ser sentido, admirado e excitado, todo dia uma oportunidade de viver a vida.
A perspectiva do amanhã, por muitas vezes, antigas angústias.
A vontade de não existir, que agora anseio por deixar-me.
Que agora habite em mim a gratidão, estou sensível a novos prazeres.
Olhei para dentro e escutei o meu verdadeiro eu. Eu ouço o que sempre quis.
Se enraizou em mim a admiração pulsante, que permite olhar para tudo como se fosse a primeira vez, sentir aliviado, sem peso carregar.
Nos detalhes mais singelos, a emoção de ser tudo como deveria, uma simples sincronia em ordem natural.
O que é sentido agora me conforta, por trás de tantas e habituais lutas, sei que sou capaz de superar.
As minhas limitações não são mais defeitos, mas, sim, oportunidades de ser um homem melhor.
