Fave Person Alert: A Symphony Of Sisterhood & Friendship

Do I have to tag someone as my favorite person? What if I have more than one favorite persons? That's possible right? I've never liked the idea of having just one person I trust, one person I love most, one person I can do anything for. I think it kinda limits the amount of love I could give.

But if I must choose someone as my favourite person, it has to be from the people I have grow through life with, people who have only make sure to see the best in me even when I get the most annoying, people who would never give up on me when I need them, people who will show up.

My favourite person will have to be my one and only sister. It's not dad and mum not because they are any less but because I have to choose just one favourite person. My sister is the one I could laugh, cry and fight with like nothing happened.

Could it be she is my favourite person for all the good reasons? Not really, my sister has got to be the most annoying when she wants to be and the sweetest almost all the time. I guess it's a thing among siblings, we see the worst but still keep loving each other like a do or die affair lol.

There is almost no time my favourite girl won't have something to say when I'm struggling with a situation or about to make a decision, how she makes it clear that she's younger while she go about this is what makes her amazing to me.

I won't even mind being on equal amount of respect with her as we are not that far apart in age but she considers it as nothing to show respect to her elder while we practice a more than just sisters relationship. We've made beautiful memories together and some happened to teach us lessons.

I could share anything with her and feel comfortable about it than with anyone else because she is always the last to judge me but instead guide me in the best of her knowledge. I can't even count the number of times I've had to learn from her directly and indirectly as she is smarter than I am.

A favourite person shouldn't always be in your favour, they should know when to stop you from doing what is wrong, advice you on what you could have done better and be there when you feel less of yourself. My sister take up those spaces for me.

Of course, I do have favourite persons after my sister and that is my dad and then my mum. Although recently, it's been mostly mum as I get to see her more often than dad. But whenever I'm on calls with dad, anyone would think I'm talking with a close friend (not a parent lol) which is beautiful.

Regardless of who is my favourite person, anyone for my good and does well for themselves whether around me or far away, related or not but we do know each other someway has my love even though not as deep as the one I have for my family.
