Hola amigos, bienvenidos a mi blog, la receta que les traigo es una delicia que a mi familia le encanta, pollo BBQ con vegetales, lo puedes acompañar con el contorno que te guste, en mi caso lo haré con arroz. Acá te dejo los ingredientes que necesitaras para prepararlo y como hacerlo.
Ingredients:
• 500g of chicken
• 100ml of BBQ sauce
• 1 paprika
• 1 purple or white onion
• 3 sweet peppers
• 30g chives
• 30g garlic joint
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oregano to taste
• 1 tablespoon of onoto
Ingredientes:
• 500g de pollo
• 100ml de salsa BBQ
• 1 pimentón
• 1 cebolla morada o blanca
• 3 ajíes dulces
• 30g de cebollín
• 30g ajo porro
• Sal y pimienta al gusto
• Orégano al gusto
• 1 cucharada de onoto
Elaboration:
The first thing is to cut all the vegetables into small cubes, then in a refractory container we place the chicken.

Lo primero es cortar todos los vegetales en cubos pequeños, seguidamente en un recipiente refractario colocamos el pollo.
We add the vegetables to the chicken and begin to season it with salt, pepper, oregano and onoto.
Agregamos los vegetales al pollo y comenzamos a sazonarlo con sal, pimienta, orégano y onoto.
Finally, we add the BBQ sauce and with our hands we stir everything, to integrate it well and we put it in the oven previously preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
Por último, agregamos la salsa BBQ y con las manos revolvemos todos, para integrarlo bien y lo metemos al horno previamente precalentado a 180 grados por 50 minutos aproximadamente.
It is important that, after 20 minutes, we check the oven and turn the pieces so that they brown on both sides and hydrate the chicken. With a spoon we take the juice that is formed and soak the chicken. After the time the chicken will be ready, we remove and plate. I hope you liked the recipe.
Es importante que, pasado los 20 minutos, revisemos el horno y volteemos las piezas para que se doren por ambos lados e hidratemos el pollo. Qué rico a mi que me encanta el pollo. Hace tiempo hice alitas en BBQ y también quedaron muy ricas.
Excelente amiga, el pollo es mi comida favorita, combinan con todo. Seguramente te quedaron divinas, las alitas así con un toque picante son sabrosas. Saludos ;)
Hola amiga yo lo hago muy parecido solo que en vez de picar las verduras en cubos utilizó la licuadora y hago una guasacaca, y queda bien bueno. gracias por compartir
También las hago así a veces, pero de está forma se siente más el sabor de cada ingrediente, sobre todo el pimentón. Saludos ;)
