Today am gonna show you how I bake a vanilla birthday cakes

Recipe for My vanilla cake

Flour- 250 gram
Sugar- 200 grams
Butter- 250 grams
Eggs- 5 large eggs
Vanilla flavor- 1 teaspoon
Baking powder- 1 tablespoon
Preservative - 1/8 - teaspoon

Mixing and baking process

Firstly I measured my butter and sugar in a very clean bowl and cream until it becomes very soft and fluffy

After my butter and sugar is well creamed then in a separate bowl, i measure all my dry indigrent which is my flour, baking powder, preservatives

After measuring my dry indigrent then in a separate bowl i break my eggs into the bowl and whisk it very well, then I added the egg into my butter and sugar followed by my flavor and mix them together after then I added my dry ingredients and mix them together finally

Baking was done is my local oven for about 45 mins to 1 hour

Recipe on how decorate my vanilla cake with butter icing

Icing sugar - 1kg
Butter - 300 grams
Flavor - 1 teaspoon

Mixing process

Firstly I measured my butter and flavor mix together

After then I started adding my icing sugar gradually until I finish adding it all

Then my final decorations was done

Am glad I was able to make these vanilla birthday cake🤪
