Aloe vera for hair

Buenas noches a todos. Como he mencionado anteriormente, he estado cuidando mi cabello mas de lo usual, ya que realmente quiero tener un cabello un poco mas sano, llevo varias semanas conservando mis rizos sin usar planchas de cabello y aunque es algo que hare de vez en cuando intento cuidar mi cabello mientras para no dañarlo demasiado al momento de planchar, quiero que siga manteniéndose con brillo y forma, por eso he empezado a realizar un tratamiento con Aloe vera que vi hace un tiempo en internet, normalmente lo hacia pero muy pocas veces y además todo era demasiado superficial, en estas ultimas semanas mi tratamiento intento hacerlo de manera mas profunda y con mas esfuerzo. Algunas personas dicen que realmente el Aloe no hace nada en el cabello, sin embargo, yo si he notado ciertos cambios en cada aplicación, hoy les comparto como lo aplico en el cabello y les comentare sobre estos cambios que he visto en estos últimos dias.

As I mentioned before, I have been taking care of my hair more than usual, since I really want to have a little healthier hair, I have been keeping my curls for several weeks without using straightening irons and although it is something I will do from time to time I try to take care of my hair while not to damage it too much at the time of straightening, I want it to keep its shine and shape, that's why I have started to do a treatment with Aloe vera that I saw some time ago on the internet, normally I did it but very few times and it was all too superficial, in these last weeks my treatment I try to do it in a deeper way and with more effort.
Some people say that Aloe does not really do anything on the hair, however, I have noticed certain changes in each application, today I will share with you how I apply it on my hair and I will tell you about these changes that I have seen in the last few days.

En mi caso solo uso Aloe Vera, pero he visto personas que agregan otros ingredientes como huevo y aguacate, tengo una planta de la cual corte tres hojas, les quito las espinas y luego realizo un corte en el centro para extraer la pulpa del Aloe, lo coloco todo en un envase.

In my case I only use Aloe Vera, but I have seen people who add other ingredients such as egg and avocado, I have a plant from which I cut three leaves, I remove the thorns and then I make a cut in the center to extract the pulp of the Aloe, I put it all in a container.

Después agrego el Aloe Vera en una licuadora y lo bato hasta que cada grumo desaparezca, vuelvo a colocar la mezcla en el mismo recipiente y comienzo a aplicarlo en el cabello hasta empapar todo, lo dejo en mi cabeza unos 30 minutos y luego comienzo a lavar con abundante agua y champú hasta sacar todo rastro de Aloe de mi cabeza, esta última foto es el resultado final del aloe sin ninguna crema encima, mi cabello quedo suave y con algunos rizos, aunque por supuesto, no completamente definido ya que eso es un trabajo aparte que hare luego, sin embargo me impresiona lo lindo que quedo sin necesidad de usar crema de peinar.

Then I add the Aloe Vera in a blender and blend it until every single lump disappears, I put the mixture back in the same container and start applying it on my hair until it soaks in, I leave it on my head for about 30 minutes and then I start washing with plenty of water and shampoo until I get all traces of Aloe out of my head, This last one photo is the final result of the aloe without any cream on top, my hair is soft and with some curls, although of course, not completely defined as that is a separate job that I will do later, however I am impressed with how nice it is without using styling cream.

Esta mascarilla de Aloe Vera me ha ayudado mucho a controlar la caspa, además de que al momento de aplicarlo se siente super refrescante, cuando lo retiro suelta muchísima espuma como si fuese champú y es ahí donde aprovecho de masajear un poco mejor mi cuero cabelludo, al retirarlo y dejarlo secar el cabello toma mas brillo y suavidad, además se puede percibir menos perdida de cabello, en estos momentos siento mi cabeza muy ligera y un cabello completamente sedoso, he leído muchas personas en internet que estan de acuerdo con todo esto que acabo de decir y por supuesto que lo confirmo sin dudas ya que llevo un tiempo usándolo y cada vez me siento mejor con mi cabello.
