Amigos hoy experimenté una alegría tan grande al conocer a este pequeño búho. Les cuento que llegué a casa de mi cuñada para que me hiciera el favor de prestarme la lavadora porque la mía tiene un problemita, no es nada cómodo pedir algo prestado pero realmente lo necesitaba. Al llegar a casa de mi cuñada, ella me comentó que a su casa había llegado un búho. Yo estaba muy extrañada porque no vivimos en una zona que tenga mucha vegetación, aun así le pedí que me lo enseñará.

Cuando mi cuñada abrió la caja y vi a este pequeño búho sentí una emoción demasiado grande. Es primera vez que veo a un búho tan cerca y hasta lo pude cargar. La verdad es que no puedo reflejar a través de letras la gran alegría que me proporciona esta ave tan hermosa. Fue como si se activará en mi cerebro la serotonina o cualquier otro químico que produce felicidad. Yo no paraba de mirarlo y de tomar fotos. Sin duda alguna,es una de las experiencias más bonitas que me han ocurrido.

Friends today I experienced such a great joy to meet this little owl. I tell you that I arrived at my sister-in-law's house to ask her to do me the favor of lending me the washing machine because mine has a little problem, it is not at all comfortable to borrow something but I really needed it. When I arrived at my sister-in-law's house, she told me that an owl had arrived at her house. I was very surprised because we don't live in an area with a lot of vegetation, even so I asked her to show it to me.

When my sister-in-law opened the box and I saw this little owl, I was so excited. It was the first time I saw an owl so close and I could even hold it. The truth is that I can't reflect through letters the great joy that this beautiful bird brings me. It was as if serotonin or any other chemical that produces happiness was activated in my brain. I couldn't stop looking at it and taking pictures. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most beautiful experiences that have happened to me.

El pequeño búho tiene el pico lesionado, así que mi hermano (quien es amante de los animales a grado superlativo) le hizo un mini vendaje y quiere sanarlo para dejarlo en libertad. El problema es que yo lo veo muy indefenso, considero que debe pasar más tiempo con nosotros hasta que nos aseguremos de que pueda sobrevivir solo.

El árbol más cercano a mi casa es uno de aguacate, así que presumimos que el pequeño búho tiene a sus padres allí, solo que el árbol es muy alto y no hemos logrado ver nada. El otro detalle es que si llegáramos a verlo, no sabemos si la mamá búho acogerá de nuevo al pichón. En fin, ese trabajo se lo dejo a mi hermano, estoy convencida de que él tomará la mejor decisión para la vida de este precioso búho.

The little owl has an injured beak, so my brother (who is an animal lover to a superlative degree) made him a mini bandage and wants to heal him to let him free. The problem is that I see him as very helpless, I think he should spend more time with us until we make sure he can survive on his own.

The closest tree to my house is an avocado tree, so we presume that the little owl has his parents there, but the tree is very tall and we haven't been able to see anything. The other thing is that if we do get to see it, we don't know if the mother owl will take the chick back. Anyway, I leave that job to my brother, I am convinced that he will make the best decision for the life of this precious owl.

El tener una estrecha conexión con la naturaleza siempre me ha reportado valiosos beneficios y este ya sido un día maravilloso que me ha cautivado de una forma sorprendente con este animalito. Lo cargué varias veces y era inevitable hacerle cariño, hablarle con cariño y mimarlo. No tenía ni idea de que hoy iba a ser un día tan maravilloso para mí.

Estos momentos me recuerdan que la vida es hermosa y que el día que menos te lo esperas puedes tener un encuentro que te endulce el corazón y renueve tus fuerzas. Sé que este pequeño búho no se quedará para siempre con nosotros pero mientras tanto lo voy a disfrutar al máximo.

Having a close connection with nature has always brought me valuable benefits and this has already been a wonderful day that has captivated me in a surprising way with this little animal. I held him several times and it was inevitable to make him cuddle, talk to him lovingly and pamper him. I had no idea that today was going to be such a wonderful day for me.

These moments remind me that life is beautiful and that the day you least expect it you can have an encounter that sweetens your heart and renews your strength. I know that this little owl will not stay with us forever but in the meantime I am going to enjoy it to the fullest.

Después que cargué al pequeño búho y le hice cariño, lavé mis cobijas tranquilamente y con mucha energía. Mientras se completaba el ciclo en la lavadora, iba hasta su cajita y lo veía de nuevo. Simplemente me cautivó.

Realmente debemos apreciar cada regalo que nos presente la vida. Ciertamente, todos pasamos por rachas malas pero en cualquier momento tenemos un encuentro que nos hace drenar todo lo negativo y nos permite reiniciarnos con una bonita actitud para seguir adelante.

Aunque lleguen tormentas, no es bueno desesperarnos porque no siempre estará turbio el entorno, ya que nuestro planeta rebosa de vida y belleza que siempre nos sacarán una gran sonrisa si no perdemos nuestra sensibilidad. Sigamos adelante, no perdamos la capacidad de asombro y mucho menos la esperanza de que cualquier día te puede regalar una tierna y grata sorpresa.

After I carried the little owl and cuddled him, I washed my blankets quietly and energetically. As the cycle was being completed in the washing machine, I went to his little box and saw him again. He simply captivated me.

We should truly appreciate every gift that life presents us with. Certainly, we all go through rough patches but at any given moment we have an encounter that makes us drain out all the negatives and allows us to reboot with a beautiful attitude to move forward.

Even if storms come, it is not good to despair because the environment will not always be cloudy, because our planet is full of life and beauty that will always make us smile if we do not lose our sensitivity. Let's go ahead, let's not lose the capacity for wonder and much less the hope that any day can give you a tender and pleasant surprise.
