Happy Birthday To Me and Wedding Anniversary Too..

I feel blessed and my joy knows no bound. I had a sit down with myself and had a moment of reflection about my journey that led me unto this point and I have no regrets anymore. Sometimes I wish my dad, mum and late sister were still around but that would mean changing my course from what it is right now. I am thankful to God for the privilege of having them when I did, I am thankful for those I have in my life presently; family and friends and I am grateful for the opportunity to be where I am today.

I am a year older today and I am thankful to God for that. She also managed to cajole me to fix our wedding for the same day in 2018 because she wanted to be celebrating my day with me. Well, I enjoyed the idea and we are 4 years down the line too.

I thank God for growth so far and for how far the Good Lord has led me. It's wonderful to be alive, celebrating another year to my years and another year to my marriage. No doubt, God has been faithful.

I decided not to go to work yesterday due to my daughter falling a bit under the weather and I woke up this morning to a special surprise from my Mrs. She knows how to pull up surprises and I'm happy with everything she got with the extra length she went to just to make this happen. My table was such a lovely sight and she woke up early to make this happen. In fact, I suspected she hid most of these things somewhere so I won't be able to find them. God bless her heart.

Today has been going great. I took a trip to Nottingham to complete a work deal and it went smoothly. It rained also which has never happened before on my day and my brother reminded me that it's showers of blessings so I couldn't agree less. Everything is going great for me. I am thankful to God for life, my wife and daughter with amazing people I have been blessed to be surrounded by. I would take a stroll later in the evening too and take some pictures so I can share some spectacular views.

I look all around me and I feel absolutely blessed
I see the hands of God over the years even amidst the rubbles
Now the rubbles has ended and I am enjoying a new lease of life
I count my blessings and I count you double; daughter and wife
I feel encouraged to face the future so there is no strife
There can never be crisis today because my schedule is full
Full of goodness and all round blessings so I am excited
Heaven smiled on me and rained down the blessings
My blessings are not in material things but they are included
All-round blessings with the gifts of men; amazing people here on Hive
It's my day, not just today but everyday because each day is my day too
