Hello my friends!!! I did the test on Sunday for 16 km.

This is Sparta!!!

It was an intense and beautiful race, the beginning of the trip was already tough, as it was a 150 km journey by car, the fog was intense and difficult to travel at 5 am, the stretch of trip has a lot of curves and little visibility.

We arrived at 7 am, my expectation was not a podium or anything, it was the personal challenge of having the stamina to complete a race in about 45 days, which has asphalt, a dirt road with a lot of mud, where if you step wrong can fall, passing through wineries and grape vines, and many climbs, summing up an incredible scenario!!!

Sport is life, it's energy, but I'm immensely grateful to be able to run in nature.

The race was intense, even with pain, due to wear, because I couldn't do it running the 16 km, I had to alternate a few times between running and walking, the feeling at the end was rewarding!!!!

MEDALS AND COMPETITION

It's a unique feeling, that comes to mind every km, every overtaking, every scream of "go ahead, you're almost there!!!", your mind saying "don't stop, you can do it!!!" these are unique moments in the life of the girl. people.

The pre-competition nervousness, the affection of people who feel something for us, you feeling important and essential for someone is a feeling that makes your heart squeeze with happiness!!!

I think the main point of this week was gratitude for participating in such a beautiful and competitive event, with more than a thousand runners in the race.

I went to my limit!!!

Never give up your dreams!!!

We all have difficulties, but we must find things that we really love and make every moment, every second, count.

Olá meus amigos!!! Fiz a prova no domingo para 16 km.

This is Sparta!!!

Foi uma corrida intensa e bonita, o começo da viagem já foi puxado, pois foram 150 quilômetros de viagem de carro, a neblina estava intensa e difícil de viajar as 5 da manhã, o trecho de viagem tem muita curva e pouca visibilidade.

Chegamos as 7 da manhã, minha expectativa não era podium nem nada, era o desafio pessoal de em mais ou menos 45 dias ter a resistência para concluir uma prova, que tem asfalto, estrada de chão com muita lama, onde se você pisar em falso pode cair, passagem por vinícolas e parreiras de uva, e muitas subidas, resumindo um cenário incrível!!!

Esporte é vida, é energia, mas tenho uma imensa gratidão de poder correr em meio a natureza.

Foi intenso a prova, mesmo com dores, devido ao desgaste, pois não consegui fazer correndo os 16 km, tive que alternar algumas vezes entre corrida e caminhada, a sensação ao concluir, foi gratificante!!!!

MEDALHAS E COMPETIÇÃO

É uma sensação unica, que vem as memorias cada km, cada ultrapassagem, cada grito de "força vai lá você ta quase chegando!!!", seu mental dizendo "não pare, você consegue!!!"são momentos únicos na vida da gente.

O nervosismo pré competição, o carinho das pessoas que sentem algo por nós, você se sentir importante e essencial para alguém é um sentimento que faz o coração apertar de felicidade!!!

Acho que o ponto principal dessa semana, foi gratidão, por participar de um evento tão bonito e competitivo, mais de mil corredores na prova.

Fui ao meu limite!!!

Todos temos dificuldades, mas devemos encontrar coisas que realmente a gente ame e fazer cada instante, cada segundo, valer a pena.
