Buenas noches linda comunidad 🥰 espero que hayan tenido un lindo día 🥰 Después de pasar casi 4 meses sin ir al gimnasio motivado a qué he estado súper enferma, el día de hoy empecé a retomar mis rutinas hice pocos ejercicios,me sentí un poco mareada y el entrenador me dijo que es por el tiempo que tuve sin entrenar,me tomé algunas fotos para compartirlas con ustedes 🤩 ❤️
