As regards the screw, its representation occurs with a thick continuous line of the external thread and with a fine continuous line of the bottom.

In the sketch below the gray line would represent the fine line

The view from above, however, is made with two circles, but the internal one, which represents the bottom, is broken.

Nut screw
As regards the nut, we have an opposite situation to that of the screw. The diameter of the core is represented with a thick line, while the thin line indicates the external diameter.

If we complete the sketch above with the section lines we will notice that the hatching stops on the thick line that identifies the core of the nut.

Conclusions
In the technical drawing, screws and nuts are represented according to unified standards valid throughout the world.

Vite
Per quanto riguarda la vite, la sua rappresentazione avviene con una linea continua grossa del filetto esterno e con linea continua fine del fondo.

Nello schizzo qui sotto la linea grigia rappresenterebbe il tratto fine

La vista dall'alto invece si esegue con due cerchi, ma quello interno, che rappresenta il fondo è spezzato.

Madrevite
Per quanto riguarda la madrevite, abbiamo una situazione opposta a quella della vite. Il diametro del nocciolo viene rappresentato con linea grossa, mentre la linea sottile indica il diametro esterno.

Se andiamo a completare con le linee di sezione lo schizzo qui sopra riportato noteremo che il tratteggio si arresta sulla linea grossa che identifica il nocciolo della madrevite.

Conclusioni
Nel disegno tecnico le viti e le madreviti si rappresentano a seconda di norme unificate valide in tutto il mondo.
