The man's Dilemma.
The statement made by men “ To be a man is not easy” it's a popular statement made in this part of the world.
A visit to prison tells how true that statement is, it's not really easy to choose between two bad option trying to make the best out of the most preferred this is a situation of the being between the devil and the red sea.
A little chit-chat with most of them explains how a man tries all possible means to meet the demand of people who are solemnly relying on him and that's when he is faced with “A situation in which a difficult choice has to be made between two or more alternatives.”
And the funny part of it is that none of those choices are clearly preferable so a man is left with the option of choosing the more preferred option which is not preferable. This sounds funny but the truth of it is that so many men who found themselves in the net of the police only got themselves there as a result of trying to meet the needs of both themselves and that of the people around them.
They try to do it legally but it seems it's not working, so they try to involve the other part of it which is not lega, some are lucky to get away with while some are not so lucky with it.
So the law catches up with them and it turns out with the consequences of being in the situation they find themselves in.
An example of a song by one of the Nigerian musician Kizz Daniel. “ We dey do good things for bad reason and we dey do bad things for good reason” doing the wrong things for some good reason tells how real the struggle is but the reason for your action can never be a justification for your deed, whatever is wrong, is wrong.
So I implore that in as much as so many responsibilities are tied to the neck of a man, a man should still keep the right lane doing what he knows is right as it gives more joy when the achievements are made via the right ways.
