Looking For New Places - Street Photography - Monomad Challenge.

A couple of days ago, last weekend to be more specific, I went to a concert and passed through a pretty interesting area. I think it's part of the Balvanera neighborhood, I'm not sure. I was impressed with a small part of the block where there is a group of buildings with a passage that offered very good lighting. I immediately thought of going back to try some shots.

At that moment it was dusk, the light had gone down and shapes were drawn on the walls and streets.

I went back there much earlier today and had no luck. In addition to the fact that it was a school zone and the environment at that time was not appropriate.

Likewise, walk around the area, a few blocks with a camera in hand to look for something interesting. It's not a place I usually visit because it's a bit risky.

But... How much can we do to get a good shot? Whatever it takes :) The key to this is patience, I have read about photographers who have waited many hours to get a single photo. I think this is what passion and vocation are about.

I captured some moments on sections of Córdoba Avenue and on alternate streets. Lots of cyclists around.

A gentleman standing next to a flower stall, waiting to cross the avenue.

We can get some excitement there, two guys with their basketball and some nice expressions on their faces.

I would come back many more times, I am sure I could get a lot of material and also obtain the results I have in mind. It is a good area, so it is worth taking the risk, being very careful and having 4 eyes 😂

Architecture between branches... I have always liked to frame buildings in this way. Nearby is the Palace of Running Waters, a national heritage site and emblematic building of the city.

Some people on the streets, walking from one place to another in their daily lives, nice buildings, cyclists and details.

I hope you liked this set of 10 street photos, especially for you from Buenos Aires :)

That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
