Cooking tuna fish rendang increases the family's appetite

On this occasion I will tell you a little about my activities, because I think sharing stories is very fun and I like it, don't forget to always be there. and be grateful for everything we have now and in the future, where friends always support me, whatever the problem is, it remains a good priority, okay today I will share some photos of rendang dishes and also the recipes that I share, hopefully they can make and inspire your family's tastes. ingredients
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Red chili pepper
- lemongrass
- Lime leaves
- Grated coconut
First I have to grind the ingredients, first I wash them clean and put them in a blender and puree them.
After that, I chopped the lime leaves into small pieces because I prefer small ones like this, and I also put the lemongrass in the pan and added the spices that I had ground earlier.
I put in the coconut milk that I had squeezed and put a little salt into the spices. I had to cook it first until it dried out a little.
While I was waiting for the sauce to dry out a bit, I also had to fry the fish half-cooked first.
I heated the oil and I fried the tuna which I had added salt to.
After I had fried all the fish, there was even less rendang sauce, I added the fried fish and I had to wait until it was cooked.
So, this is my super delicious tuna fish rendang dish, it's so easy for me to make a menu for my family's lunch, it's simple but the taste is unbeatable.
I can't wait to immediately take a plate and fill it with white rice because I want to enjoy it as soon as possible, especially when the rice is still warm, it's very delicious, my family like me is happy, which mother is not happy when she sees her children eating a lot and my husband is also like that? that and always provides support to me.
