Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This month my wife and I traveled in the district where we live and nearby districts. So we are rarely at our home in the morning and afternoon. When we picked up our son and granddaughter to go home in the evening. I have to take care of the children and my wife to do housework. So this month I don't take care of the home garden. Especially planting new vegetables in the home garden. So inside the home garden there are only old vegetables that I planted last month. There were some days when we didn't travel or go outside. The wife would harvest these old vegetables from the garden and cook them.

In this post I want to take everyone to see the food. Which has luffa cylindrical from the home garden as an ingredient that my wife cooked again. But this time, she cooked the luffa cylindrical in clear soup, not stir-fried luffa cylindrical with eggs like always. This dish is luffa cylindrical and egg tofu with pork balls in a clear soup. In addition to luffa cylindrical, my wife also harvests new leaves emerge of luffa cylindrical to make this dish. Take a look and enjoy.😋

Ingredient for luffa cylindrical and egg tofu with pork balls in a clear soup.

1. luffa cylindrical
2. now leaves of luffa cylindrical
3. egg tofu
4. pork balls
5. pork flavour seasoning cube
6. seasoning sauce

First put a pot on the stove and boil water with pork flavour seasoning cube to make clear soup. When the water boils, add the now leaves of luffa cylindrical in the pot.

Then add the luffa cylindrical in the pot.

Then add pork balls.

When all the ingredients in the pot are cooked. Add the egg tofu in the pot.

Then season with seasoning sauce and turn off the stove.

Done, luffa cylindrical and egg tofu with pork balls in a clear soup.

Additionally, my wife also cooks red curry with bamboo shoots and chicken. She harvested some vegetables in the home garden for this dish. What vegetables are there? Let's go.

Ingredient for red curry with bamboo shoots and chicken.

1. chicken
2. bamboo shoots
3. basil
4. kaffir lime leaves
5. culantro
6. shallots
7. onion
8. dried chilli
9. garlic
10. pork flavour seasoning powder
11. shrimp paste
12. oil

Crush shallots, onion, dried chilli, garlic and shrimp paste in a mortar to make curry paste. Then cut the chicken.

First put a pot on the stove and heat the oil. Then add the curry paste to the pot, stir-fry until cooked and fragrant.

Then add the chicken in the pot and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked.

Put water in a pot and boil until the water is boiling. Then add the bamboo shoots in the pot and boil until the bamboo shoots are cooked.

Then add kaffir lime leaves, basil and culantro. And season with pork flavor seasoning powder. Stir and boil for a while. Then turn off the gas stove.

Done, red curry with bamboo shoots and chicken.
