Hello all, I've been sharing meta compositions with you here at TFT for a long time and yes, I enjoy playing them, but sometimes I feel like playing something different. Things that people rarely play. Here I will share one such composition with you. 6 Defenders!

When I started the game, I had absolutely no idea what I was going to play, but I had in mind to try the threat champions. In TFT, however, the game usually has different plans even if you decide what to play. In this game, I found a Shen in the minions at the start and a Defender crest in the augment selection, which means it's time to try that secret strong composition 😈.


4 Defenders is stronger than I expected in the early game. Even though I lost the last two fights, I managed to win the first 3 games and my health is very high. As long as your opponents don't deal magic damage, they have no chance to deal you, and the damage of Poppy's ability increases in direct proportion to her armor. So suddenly your carrier in the back lines can disappear 😛


In the 2nd augment choice, it was too bad that I didn't have the right to regenerate. I didn't want any of these augments and I chose Jeweled Lotus, which makes the most sense to me. Poppy's ability can destroy opponents with this!


Of course, the champion we want to Defender in this composition is Rammus. His ability deals more damage as his armor increases. Only 1 star Rammus can deal 3273 damage with his ability.


I would have liked to see 3 gold champions in the last augment choice. If I could have chosen Rammus, I would have definitely won this game, but unfortunately I had to choose between 4 gold or 5 gold champions. Extinction Event seemed like a great choice to me because Aurelion Sol could easily be added to my composition. Thanks to this augment, Aurelion Sol gains 15 ability power and his meteors hit a larger area. I just can't help but wonder if it would have been better if I had found a Garen augment here. You'll understand why I think so later.


I could easily beat most of my opponents in the game. I got to level 8. 6 Defenders 3 Mechs and Aurelion Sol was the perfect combo. When Garen, Aurelion Sol, and Rammus cast their ult, my opponent was already disappearing. These are already my top 3 champions in the damage graph.


I was beating every opponent I faced until I met this opponent with 100 health. I don't think this Anima Squad composition is that strong, but every time an opponent plays it, they are very lucky. If you remember, I lost to this ridiculous composition in my Ashe carry post. In that game my opponent had Axiom Arc II augment and this game has the same nonsense. My opponent made all his champions 3 stars and didn't lose to anyone during the game. This is not very common.


I got to level 9 and even though I spent my gold I didn't find much, I still managed to beat my opponent and I got 1v1 with that lucky Anima Squad composition. Let's see if I can do something and beat him.


Unfortunately the answer is no. Because my opponent is very lucky in every aspect. All 3 of his augments are great, his items are great and almost all of his champions are 3 stars. If the game had lasted a few more rounds, Jinx, Vayne and Miss Fortune could have been 3 stars as you can see on the bench lol. I hope I can be that lucky one day.

Final Thoughts About Composition

This is a composition that you can play every game, but to make it really strong you need to make Rammus a Defender. For that, if you choose the Defender Crest augment it will be perfect. The best items for Rammus are Bramble Vest to increase his armor and Warmog's Armor to increase his health. Maybe you can also choose Ionic Spark. It's up to you. If there are a lot of AD comps in the lobby you are playing in, you have no chance of losing. He is also very strong against AP comps as you can see. I was able to finish the game 2nd easily. You can also play this composition by making all your champions 3 stars. Especially 3 star Poppy can kill the enemy carrier with one ability. Worth a try.
