The city of Lugano in Switzerland has just unveiled a really unique statue in honore of Bitcoin’s mysterious founder, Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin has made so much impact on the world and right now it's getting bigger because both major companies and politicians are getting involved.

You saw Trump speak in favor of the crypto community and even made a lot of merchandise like his Trump Crypto President sneakers that got sold out before I could even see it in the news.

The statue was shown at the Plan B conference and it has a very creative disappearing design that vanishes when viewed head-on. That was a cool idea to represent Satoshi’s anonymity. I think this is the best tribute anyone can ever make for Bitcoin's founder.

I wonder his reaction to it if he's alive and sees this happening and yet cannot disclose his identity.

Some Bitcoin fans didn't really like the whole thing and I don't know why someone who likes Bitcoin wouldn't like this but I believe art is personal and this particular one speaks to those who value Satoshi’s mystery and vision. Lugano which is already a Bitcoin-friendly city is the perfect spot for this monument. Do you know there's over 100 places accepting Lightning payments there? No wonder it had to be done there.
