#TheDailyFlame - (10 - 16 June) + HSBI Giveaway
The Daily Flame
The #DailyFlame posts document and keep track of my daily braai (aka BBQ for our international friends). The ideal is for me to post 1 of them every day, but I do a lot of travelling and internet isn't always available and/or the events I'm at are just TOO busy for me to be able to push out a post.
For those of you that don't know me, that is sort of my thing... Yes... I "braai" every single day... check out my website for more about that: https://braaiboy.co.za/about-braaiboy/
... but then almost more importantly, this post will also act as a bit of encouragement for you to do the same, and share the results of you doing so in the comments below.
Everyone that goes to the effort of sharing a braai/BBQ picture in the comments, I'll be picking a random winner to win 1 x HSBI share.
P.S. For every pic that I post there will be 1 x HSBI to give away... i.e. I don't always get to post every day, so on the days when I post 3 or 4 'catch-up pics', I'll be giving away that many HSBI in that post.

Went onto JacaradaFM (a local radio station) for a bit of BRAAI vs BBQ challenge (more about the day over here: https://www.jacarandafm.com/shows/drive/watch-four-differences-between-bbq-and-braai/) .. and while we shot a ton of video and even did a bit of live on air cooking... I didn't grab any pics of the actual fire being lit - I was busy, and maybe even a bit nervous for the challenge ;-) ... so here's a random snap of me loading the smoker for that day.

Yeah... the big smokers can end up costing a lot of money, and if you aren't going to be using it regularly it's a bit of a waste.

Thought it was the same but just a different term, will check out the mentioned article!
Yeah... Some people often refer to "Barbecue" as a Braai... but "Grilling" is closer to Braai, and Barbecue is low & slow smoking.
