Hola querida familia De la Comunidad de las agujas

Ya está terminando el mes de agosto y con él se termina el WIP chállenle; ¿pero realmente debe terminar? considero que todas debemos darle continuidad a esta idea que nos reunió y qué hizo que finalizáramos muchos de esos proyectos que teníamos guardado en nuestra mente, en nuestro corazón y en el cajón de los recuerdos.

Hello dear family of the Community of Needles

August is coming to an end and with it comes the end of the WIP chállenle; but should it really end? I believe that we should all give continuity to this idea that brought us together and that made us finish many of those projects that we had kept in our minds, in our hearts and in the drawer of our memories.

Aunque no pude estar presente durante este Challenge como hubiese querido, siempre estuve atenta de sus trabajos. No puedo dejar de agradecer a la comunidad quién nos incentivó a completar esos trabajos que alguna vez le pusimos alma vida y corazón y que por alguna razón o circunstancia no pudimos finalizar.

Although I could not be present during this Challenge as I would have liked, I was always attentive to their work. I can not fail to thank the community who encouraged us to complete those works that we once put our heart and soul and for some reason or circumstance we could not finish.

El día de hoy quiero mostrarles los primeros pasos de un trabajo que he anhelado realizar desde el año 2015 cuando realicé un curso de tejido; en ese taller nuestro profesor Antonio, nos enseñó cómo trabajar la técnica de la horquilla; ahora recuerdo que el año pasado les mostré cómo era trabajar este tipo de tejido y realicé para ustedes una hermosa bufanda.

Today I want to show you the first steps of a work that I have longed to do since 2015 when I took a knitting course; in that workshop our teacher Antonio, taught us how to work the hairpin technique; now I remember that last year I showed you how it was to work this type of knitting and I made for you a beautiful scarf..

El profesor nos mostró sus trabajos y yo me enamoré de uno en especial, sabía que lo podía hacer solo necesitaba el tiempo y el material; este año le agregué un aditivo más a ese sueño y eran las ganas de querer materializarlo y por fin lo inicié con todo mi amor en Semana Santa de este año. Recuerdo que en una noche tejí Cómo 4 tiras, Fue un impulso del momento, estaba libre en esos días y mi familia estaba en casa, así que aproveché que todos me ayudaban en las labores del hogar y continúe tejiendo por varios días.

The teacher showed us his works and I fell in love with one in particular, I knew I could do it, I just needed the time and the material; this year I added one more additive to that dream and it was the desire to materialize it and I finally started it with all my love at Easter this year. I remember that in one night I knitted how 4 strips, it was an impulse of the moment, I was free in those days and my family was at home, so I took advantage that everyone was helping me in the housework and I continued knitting for several days.

Mientras tejía pensaba en ¿quién podría darle utilidad a este trabajo?, ¿quién sería capaz de valorar este esfuerzo? ¿Y si me queda hermoso así como mí el de mi profesor? ¡Lo vendo!

Desde un principio sabía que se trataba de un proyecto muy largo, que en algún momento iba a tener que parar para dedicarme a otras cosas y pues así fue, después que pasó Semana Santa quedó guardado en mi gaveta de manualidades como un proyecto que debía ser finalizado en corto plazo.

While I was knitting, I thought about who would be able to use this work, who would be able to value this effort, what if it was as beautiful as my teacher's? I would sell it!

From the beginning I knew that this was a very long project, that at some point I was going to have to stop to dedicate myself to other things and so it was, after Easter it was stored in my craft drawer as a project that had to be finished in a short period of time.

Gracias a esta iniciativa recuperé Las ganas y apenas tuve un chance comencé a tejer nuevamente; Entonces podría decir que voy en la segunda fase del tejido. espero terminarlo en estos días ya que voy a tener mucho tiempo Libre esta semana en que se aproxima La operación de mi hijo Israel quien con el favor de Dios será ingresado este domingo en el hospital para hacer intervenido quirúrgicamente de la nariz.

Thanks to this initiative I recovered my desire and as soon as I had a chance I started knitting again; so I could say that I am in the second phase of knitting. I hope to finish it in these days since I will have a lot of free time this week when the operation of my son Israel is approaching, who with God's favor will be admitted to the hospital this Sunday to have surgery on his nose.

Estoy segura que tejer mientras transcurre las horas en esa sala espera, me ayudará a distraerme y calmar los nervios que son algo natural en este tipo de situaciones.

Aprovecho estas líneas para pedirles a qué oren por mi hijo para que todo salga bien en esa operación y sus médicos hagan un buen trabajo y así Israel puede llevar una vida normal, sin dificultad para respirar.

En el transcurso de esta semana en el que retomé este proyecto pude avanzar bastante y a su vez pude darme cuenta de muchas cosas qué pueden hacer que este tejido quede mucho mejor, pero eso se los estaré contando más adelante cuando ya les presenté mi labor terminada.

Me gustaría hacer una pequeña dinámica con ustedes para ver quién adivina ¿qué estoy haciendo? vamos a ver quién o cuántos aciertan.
