Telling the truth is inexplicably liberating and...

Without a doubt, it is the healthiest thing, it is part of the transformation process, complex in many ways, because somehow our bonds change, when we are ourselves.

Many times we must put our interests and needs above the interests and needs of others, and that does not mean that we are selfish, that does not mean that we are a bad person or that we have to be judged.

I think that kind of guilt, it should be let go!

It means that we are trying to do something in our life that we think we deserve, that is our right, and that, without a doubt, leads to happiness, understanding that we are not doing it against anyone, but that we are doing it based on oneself, without harming others.

Years ago there was someone who saved me from a lot of suffering I didn't know how to say no to please everyone family couple friends work colleagues I always said yes to please each of the people around me and look good.

I never thought about myself, a very wise person told me: "You have to learn to say "no", and that does not make you a bad person, it cost me over the years to learn and practice it, I understood and I am happy and now I know how to say flatly, when it is NOT NO.

Believe me, sometimes I think I have to get a tattoo with this that I write.

So if I want to preserve my peace of mind, I take the one who gives it to me and I move away and shake the one who takes it from me.

It is essential to act from our true essence, express ourselves fully, say what I know I want to say, without compromising assertiveness and consideration for others.

What is the point of wearing masks?

Saying "yes" when you really mean "no" is the best way to undermine our self-esteem.

Why? Because by putting on masks we really forget who we are.

To be oneself is to live from that freedom and not to walk through life feeling the "pull" of falsehood. And that means learning to say "yes" or to say "no", when appropriate.

"Being oneself" translates into knowing how to choose freely, the chains that bind us, deciding how we want to live our life without fear of what they will say and above all, understanding that there will always be those who accept us and love us as we are, those who reject us and there will always be people to whom we are indifferent.

Understanding this is crucial to form our criteria, and to respect other points of view without that means assuming it for us.

I'm talking about just opinions or visions, just that. To be oneself is also to express disagreement. With what I said in this post, do you agree?

My cover is a delicious sunset "without masks", in my city.
