Hi guys. All good? I was introduced to Hive, more or less, eight months ago by a couple of friends (@xlety and @michupa), but, due to some life circumstances, I ended up arriving now, and I confess that I'm a little lost. However, we will start from the beginning.

My name is Maria Raiane, I'm currently 25 years old, I'm the mother of a beautiful girl called Íris, married, I live in the city of Cabo Frio, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (I confess that I fall here by parachute). I work as a receptionist and am currently studying for the university entrance exam (hoping to be able to study Law). But getting here was a long journey.

How I got to Cabo Frio

I was born on July 31, 1998 (a Leo with a Leo ascendant, and very narcissistic lol), in a city called Tucano, in Bahia. I am the oldest of eight siblings (six on my mother's side and one on my father's side), and until I was eight I lived in Bahia with my third brother's family.

When my mother got pregnant with me, she and my father weren't yet in a steady relationship, so he wasn't sure if I really was his daughter. Therefore, I spent a good part of my childhood with this other family that educated me, taught me my greatest principles and that I have unconditional love.

For them, I will always be the little princess Raiane from the stories that my aunt created for me and still tells today.

However, close to my ninth birthday, my biological father decided to take a DNA test to prove that I was his daughter. After the result was positive, they came to an agreement that the best option for my education was to come and live in Cabo Frio, where I would have a greater study base and more life opportunities later on, since my city was an interior that did not offer many options.

And I confess that as much as I miss it so much, I wouldn't have the chance to meet my husband, who is the person who makes my days lighter, and perhaps I wouldn't still have the great love of my life, which is my daughter. , the child who makes everything more complete and who I strive to always give her the best.

Who do I fight for these days

They say that when you become a mother, you learn to love in the purest way there is, it is the love for human beings that cannot be explained because it cannot be put into words. And I discovered this with my daughter.

She had an unplanned pregnancy, at the time her father and I had just gotten engaged, and we were starting to save some income to build our house before getting married. But because of our carelessness, I got pregnant, and I think this turned a key in our lives, as we managed to get married even in the middle of a pandemic (2020), build our house and change our outlook on the future.

However, my biggest dream when I became a mother ended up being frustrated, which was not needing to be away from my daughter to be able to keep up with her growth and have an income that would keep me at home for a while with her.

Today I fight for this, I study so that when I graduate, even if late, I can be with my daughter at home, helping with homework, taking her to ballet and always being available for her, without needing a full-time job that leave me out of the house for a long time.

And this all leads and completes me to who I am today.

You know that person who cries over any silly video? Nice to meet you, that's me. But I can't just limit myself to that, nowadays I've created a passion for physical exercise that I can't live without, I love making new friends, hiking, going to the beach and having a good night out.

Even though certain things on this list have been retired for a short time.

However, not least, I love being spoiled by my husband and having him praise me every five seconds. I'm glad this was installed in his DNA and I never asked for it (I swear it's completely his fault for feeding my ego for years).

And now I'm here, in search of my big dream, which is to graduate in Law.

Oi, galera. Tudo bem? Fui apresentada a Hive há, mais ou menos, oito meses por um casal de amigos (@xlety e @michupa), mas, devido a algumas circunstâncias da vida, acabei chegando agora, e confesso que meio perdida. Porém, começaremos do começo.

Eu me chamo Maria Raiane, atualmente tenho 25 anos, sou mãe de uma linda menina chamada Íris, casada, moro na cidade de Cabo Frio, no Rio de Janeiro, Brasil (confesso que cai aqui de paraquedas). Trabalho como recepcionista e atualmente estudo para o vestibular (torcendo para conseguir cursar Direito). Mas para chegar até aqui foi uma longa jornada.

Como cheguei em Cabo Frio

Eu nasci no dia 31 de julho de 1998 (uma leonina com ascendente em leão, e muito narcisista kk), numa cidade chamada Tucano, na Bahia. Sou a mais velha de oito irmãos (sendo seis por parte da minha mãe e uma por parte do meu pai), e até os meus oito anos morava na Bahia com a família do meu irmão terceiro irmão.

Quando minha mãe engravidou de mim, ela e o meu pai ainda não estavam em um relacionamento fixo, então o mesmo não tinha certeza se eu realmente era filha dele. Por isso, passei boa parte da minha infância com essa outra família que me educou, me ensinou meus maiores princípios e que eu tenho um amor incondicional.

Para eles eu vou ser sempre a princesinha Raiane das histórias que minha tia criava para mim e conta até hoje.

Entretanto, próximo ao meu aniversário de nove anos, meu pai biológico decidiu fazer um exame de DNA para comprovar que eu era filha dele. Após o resultado dar positivo, eles entraram em um acordo que a melhor opção para minha educação era vir morar em Cabo Frio, onde eu teria uma base maior de estudos e mais oportunidades de vida posteriormente, já que minha cidade era um interior que não oferecia muitas opções.

E confesso que por mais que sinta muita saudade de lá, eu não teria a chance de conhecer o meu marido, que é a pessoa que torna meus dias mais leves, e talvez não tivesse ainda o grande amor da minha vida que é a minha filha, a criança que torna tudo mais completo e que luto para dar sempre o melhor para ela.

Por quem eu luto hoje em dia

Dizem que quando você se torna mãe, aprende a amar da forma mais pura que existe, é o amor ao ser humano que não tem como explicar porque não cabe em palavras. E eu descobri isso com a minha filha.

Ela veio de uma gravidez não planejada, na época eu e o pai dela tínhamos acabado de noivar, e estávamos começando a juntar alguma renda para construir nossa casa antes de casar. Só que pelo nosso descuido eu engravidei, e acho que isso fez virar uma chave na nossa vida, pois conseguimos nos casar mesmo no meio de uma pandemia (2020), construir nossa casa e mudar nosso olhar para o futuro.

Porém, o meu maior sonho de quando me tornasse mãe acabou sendo frustrado, que era não precisar estar longe da minha filha para poder acompanhar o crescimento dela e ter uma renda que me mantenha por um tempo com ela em casa.

Hoje eu luto por isso, estudo para quando me formar, mesmo que de forma tardia, eu possa estar com minha filha em casa, ajudando em exercícios de casa, levando ao ballet e estando sempre disponível para ela, sem necessitar de um trabalho integral que me deixe muito tempo fora de casa.

E isso tudo me leva e me completa ao que eu sou hoje.

Hoje eu sou

Sabe aquela pessoa que chora por qualquer vídeo bobo? Prazer, essa sou eu. Mas não me resumo só a isso, hoje em dia criei uma paixão por exercícios físicos que não consigo viver sem, amo fazer novas amizades, fazer trilha, ir à praia e uma boa balada.

Por mais que certas coisas dessa lista estejam aposentadas por um tempo pequeno.

Porém, não menos importante, amo ser mimada pelo meu marido e que ele me elogie a cada cinco segundos. Ainda bem que isso veio instalado no DNA dele e nunca pedi (juro que a culpa é totalmente dele por alimentar meu ego durante anos).

E agora estou aqui, em busca do meu grande sonho, que é me formar em Direito.
