A Nutritious and Healthy Breakfast: Oatmeal-Camburter Hotcakes.[ ING/ESP ]

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de unas ricas panqueque de avena y cambur muy nutritivos y deliciosos, ideales para tener una opción sana y diferente para un desayuno o simplemente para una cena. Como les comente en post anteriores ando en esa onda de comer sano, hacer ejercicio para mejorar mi salud y la verdad estaba loca por realizar esta combinación la cual me pareció increíble, el constaste de los dos sabores, su sabor y textura a pesar de que dentro de los ingredientes coloque un poco de harina de trigo no fue necesario agregarla pues la idea era hacerlo lo más saludable posible y agarro una textura cremosa y con sus huequitos que indicaban que la masa estaba lista. Para realizar esta rica receta para un buen desayuno, debemos tener a la mano los siguientes ingredientes:

• Tres cambures o bananos grandes
• Tres tazas de avena
• Una cucharada de polvo de hornear
• Vainilla al gusto
• Canela al gusto
• Media taza de azúcar o la de su preferencia

Today I want to share with you the recipe for a delicious and nutritious oatmeal and cambur pancakes, ideal to have a healthy and different option for breakfast or just for dinner. As I told you in previous posts I'm on that wave of eating healthy, exercising to improve my health and the truth was crazy to make this combination which I found amazing, the constaste of the two flavors, flavor and texture although within the ingredients I put a little wheat flour was not necessary to add it because the idea was to make it as healthy as possible and grab a creamy texture and with its holes that indicated that the dough was ready. To make this delicious recipe for a good breakfast, we must have the following ingredients on hand:

  • Three large bananas
  • Three cups of oatmeal
  • One tablespoon of baking powder
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Half a cup of sugar or sugar of your choice



Una vez que se tiene los ingredientes los cuales varían en cantidades dependiendo de las cantidades que deseamos hacer, en este caso se pudo obtener de la mezcla 6 panqueques de buen tamaño y una pequeña, para ello fue necesario realizar los siguientes pasos:

• En el vaso de la licuadora se agregan las tres tazas de avena en hojuela que en mi caso era la que tenía, como lo ideal es que sea la harina de la avena, para ello hago uso de la licuadora y coloco la misma en donde está la imagen de licuar hielo y de esta manera la harina en hojuela se convierte en harina.

  • In the glass of the blender add the three cups of flaked oatmeal which in my case was the one I had, as the ideal is that it is the oat flour, for this I make use of the blender and place it where the image of blending ice is and in this way the flaked flour becomes flour.





• Posteriormente al tener lista la harina de la avena se procede a incorporar la cucharada de polvo de hornear, canela, azúcar, vainilla al gusto, cambur en trozos, dos tazas de agua y se licua hasta obtener una masa homogénea que esté lista para hacer los panqueques.

  • Once the oat flour is ready, add the tablespoon of baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, vanilla to taste, diced cambur, two cups of water and blend until obtaining a homogeneous dough ready to make the pancakes.











• Luego se coloca un sartén en la cocina el cual se barniza con un poco de aceite para que cuando se agregue la mezcla no se pegue, se debe hacer cuando el sartén este bien caliente, para ello se toma un molde y se agrega la mezcla y se deja dorar por ambos lados, al estar lista la misma se levanta un poco.

  • Then place a pan on the stove which is varnished with a little oil so that when you add the mixture does not stick, it should be done when the pan is very hot, so take a mold and add the mixture and let it brown on both sides, when it is ready it is lifted a little.





• Puede usar para el relleno lo que desee inclusive siropes, en mi caso agregue queso blanco rayado, quedaron muy deliciosas.

  • You can use whatever you want for the filling, including syrups, in my case I added grated white cheese, they were very delicious.
