Hoy te presento este delicioso plato de carne de res, con zanahorias y papas en juliana acompañado de unas ricas hojas de Espinaca con un toque de miel, muy saludable como nutritivo que te encantara con cualquier contorno de vegetales si así lo prefieres.
Today I present this delicious beef dish, with carrots and julienne potatoes accompanied by some rich spinach leaves with a touch of honey, very healthy and nutritious that you will love with any vegetable contour if you prefer.
- 1/2 Kilo de carne de res
- Hojas de Espinaca
- 1Rama de cebollín
- 100 Gramos de cebollín
- 100 Gramos de perejil
- 2 Hojas de culantro
- 1 Zanahoria mediana
- 1 Papa mediana
- 1 Salsa de ajo
- 1 Salsa de soya
- 1 Salsa inglesa
- Miel (2 Dedos)
- Sal al gusto
- Aceite Vegetal comestible (3 cucharadas)
- Spinach leaves
- 1Shoot of chives
- 100 grams of chives
- 100 grams of parsley
- 2 coriander leaves
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium potato
- 1 garlic sauce
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Worcestershire sauce
- Honey (2 Fingers)
- Salt to taste
- Edible vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)
Lavas previamente el perejil, cebollín, culantro, hojas de espinacas, despues con una tabla de madera lo picas de manera muy pequeña, luego en una paila con una cucharada de aceite vegetal sofreir los aliños que picaste.
Previously wash the parsley, chives, cilantro, spinach leaves, then with a wooden board chop them very small, then in a pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil fry the seasonings that you chopped.
Previamente lavada, picada en cuadros, agregas la carne de res, revuelves lentamente mientras se sofríe, luego viertes la papa y la zanahoria ya lavada y picada en forma de juliana, dejas sofreír un poco y tapas.
Previously washed, chopped into squares, add the beef, stir slowly while frying, then pour the potato and carrot already washed and chopped into julienne strips, let it fry a little and cover.
Después de unos minutos agregas un poco de agua dejas cocinas hasta que seque un poco , luego agregas la miel con sal al gusto, vuelves a tapar para que se termine de cocinar.
After a few minutes add a little water and let it cook until it dries a little, then add the honey with salt to taste, cover again to finish cooking.
En una paila bien caliente viertes 1 cucharada de aceite, luego colocas 3 hojas de Espinaca dejando que se sofría lentamente, revolviendo con mucho cuidado para no romper la hoja, agregas una pizca de sal al gusto y listo.
In a very hot pan pour 1 tablespoon of oil, then place 3 spinach leaves and let it fry slowly, stirring very carefully so as not to break the leaf, add a pinch of salt to taste and that's it.
