How to Make Chocolate Dates Snacks Filled with Baked Nuts
Chocolate Dates Filled With Roasted Nuts
Chocolate date cake, I have made it at home very often. Besides having a unique taste, this cake can be stored for a long time. I make this cake usually before Eid, as a cake to be served to guests when they come to visit my house. So I call this cake, maybe you think it's strange, but what is certain is that it is more dominant in processed chocolate combined with dates.
In processing dates, choose the right dates and also have a soft texture. I've always loved these dates, they are so soft, and not at all unpleasant to enjoy either eaten alone or made into a super dish.
The chocolate dates that I made, I mixed with peanuts. Actually, the original recipe that I ate when my late brother bought it was mixed with cashews. Now, since cashews are very expensive here, I took the initiative to make them using roasted peanuts. In my opinion, the taste is not different at all, it's still delicious, the soft texture blends perfectly with the savory peanuts.
Materials Used
- 200 grams of dates
- 100 grams of peanuts
- 1 bar of chocolate bar
- To taste sprinkler color
- White chocolate (optional)
Cooking Steps
The first step in making brown dates, Prepare the dates, remove the seeds. The aim is to remove the date seeds so that later they can be replaced with nuts.
Then I proceeded to add roasted peanuts to the dates as a filling.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces, then melt the chocolate over hot water.
After all the chocolate starts to melt, dip the filled dates into the chocolate thoroughly. Then store in the refrigerator until the dates harden.
Put it in a paper cup, then add sprinkles or melted white chocolate topping.

The flavors of chocolate and dates blend well, especially the roasted peanuts, they are a very perfect blend for chocolate. Added with the texture of dates which are soft and naturally sweet, so real and very delicious.
Just see how my nephew enjoys these chocolate dates. She was so excited to take a photo with this cake, and said it was so delicious that she wanted to taste it soon and told her brother to try it too. Now for those of you who have nephews like me, or even have children who like chocolate. Try making these creations, they will definitely love it, because apart from being naturally sweet, this chocolate has good qualities for them.

I love dates. The cakes are very nice and appetizing. I want to cook them, but my boyfriend is allergic to nuts, so I'll try substituting some fruit for the filling (maybe an orange wedge). Thank you very much for sharing your recipe.😄
Wow, you made the right choice. The fruit filling will also be very tasty. You know, I've also made it with pineapple jam filling. they are also seductive!
