Greetings to all foodies, today I want to share a quick and sweet recipe, ideal for these days when the weather is cool and we want to have a quick snack. With just a few ingredients we can have this sweet recipe. I remember when I was a little girl my mom used to make these sweet bombitas and I loved it when she made them. My children and nephew liked their flavor and they are quite fluffy. I show you how to prepare them.

Saludos a todos los foodies, hoy quiero compartir una receta rápida y dulce, ideal para estos días cuando el clima está fresco y queremos merendar algo rápido. Con pocos ingredientes podemos tener está dulce receta. Recuerdo de pequeña mi mamá nos preparaba estás bombitas dulces y me encantaba cuando las hacía. Mis hijos y sobrino les gustó su sabor y quedan bastante esponjosas. Te muestro su preparación.

Ingredients

200 grams of leavening wheat flour
100 grams of sugar
1 egg
10 grams of aniseed
Vanilla to taste
Oil for frying

Ingredientes
200 gramos de harina de trigo leudante
100 gramos de azúcar
1 huevo
10 gramos de anís
Vainilla al gusto
Aceite para freír

Step 1

Paso 1

First take the 100 grams of sugar and add the egg and vanilla and stir with a whisk until all the ingredients are integrated.

Tomamos primeramente los 100 gramos de azúcar y agregamos el huevo y la vainilla y con un batidor removemos hasta lograr integrar todos los ingredientes.

Paso 2
Here we proceed to add the sweet anise, the 200 grams of leavening wheat flour, stir and add water, since the mixture we want is not compact, but rather soft.

Aquí procedemos a colocar el anís dulce, los 200 gramos de harina de trigo leudante, removemos y agregamos agua, ya que la mezcla que queremos no es compacta, si no más bien suave.

In a frying pan I put enough oil and with a spoon I begin to put in oil and cook over low heat, so that they cook well inside. The bombitas are not all round. Wait for them to brown on both sides to remove from cooking.

En sartén coloco suficiente aceite y con una cuchara comienzo a colocar en aceite y cocino a fuego lento, para que se cocinen bien por dentro. Las bombitas no todas quedaron redondas. Espere a qué doraran por ambos lados para retirar de la cocción.

Oh, so easy to prepare, just a few steps and you can have this sweet treats. This is quite similar to the banana fritters Mom made. She put banana on it, instead of aniseed, Im not sure if we have aniseed in our place. Even the way you cook it is the same, hehe.
