Herbalizer vegan ramen. The magic of creativity and a delicious soup as a result / Wegański ramen Herbalizer z Yatta Vegan Ramen

This soup looks a bit like a herbalist's secret brew. There are various herbs here, incl. mint and perilla, Asian mushrooms, grilled tomato and soy bread. Vegan ramens are sometimes thick and heavy, and this one is clear, made with the addition of shoyu, or Japanese soy sauce.

Ta zupa wygląda trochę jak sekretny napar zielarki. Znajdują się tu różne zioła, m.in. mięta i pachnotka, do tego azjatyckie grzyby, grillowany pomidor i sojowe chlebki. Wegańskie rameny bywają czasem gęste i ciężkie, a ten jest klarowny, zrobiony z dodatkiem shoyu, czyli japońskiego sosu sojowego.

This ramen charmed me today with its taste. I ate it at the Yatta Vegan Ramen restaurant, which is located in a beautiful tenement house in the north of Warsaw. There were a lot of people in the restaurant. Both inside and outside. Luckily, one table was free, as if it was waiting for me.

Ten ramen oczarował mnie dzisiaj swoim smakiem. Zjadłam go w restauracji Yatta Vegan Ramen, która znajduje się w ładnej kamienicy na północy Warszawy. W restauracji było dużo ludzi. Zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na zewnątrz. Na szczęście jeden stolik był wolny, jakby na mnie czekał.

At the entrance I was greeted by a waiter dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and looking cool, in combination with the palm trees and exotic décor, I felt like I was in some restaurant by the beach, while on vacation 😉 I also remembered going to Japan and there restaurant, because the creators of this restaurant took care of various additions characteristic for this country.

Przy wejściu przywitał mnie kelner ubrany w hawajską koszulę i wyglądający na mega luzaka, w połączeniu ze znajdującymi się w lokalu palmami i egzotycznym wystrojem, poczułam jakbym była w jakiejś restauracji przy plaży, podczas pobytu na wakacjach 😉 Przypomniał mi się też wyjazd do Japonii i tamtejsze restauracji, bo twórcy tej restauracji zadbali o różne charakterystyczne dla tego kraju dodatki.

Np. Taki uroczy ptak zrobiony z origami, tradycyjna waza, wiele figurek, plakatów z japońskimi napisami i różne japońske napoje, m.in. piwo Kirin z nalewaka.

At the beginning, I ate an appetizer - edamame, i.e. young, unripe soy pods. They were warm and sprinkled with salt. I love this snack. Edamame is very healthy, it contains a lot of fiber.

Na początku zjadłam przystawkę - edamame, czyli młode, niedojrzałe strąki soi. Były ciepłe, posypane solą. Uwielbiam tą przekąskę. Edamame jest bardzo zdrowe, zawiera dużo błonnika.

Before coming to this restaurant, I was wondering if I would like the ramen. I ate a variety of ramen and sometimes, after a few spoons, I didn't want to continue eating this soup, and at other times I was delighted with the taste. This time, fortunately, it turned out that the soup was outstanding and delicious. Both its liquid content and other ingredients. The soybean breads had an intense, sweetish flavor. Grilled tomato melted in your mouth, plus Asian mushrooms and broth-like noodles. The soup quickly disappeared from the plate 😋

Przed przyjściem do tej restauracji zastanawiałam się, czy ramen mi będzie smakował. Jadłam różne rameny i czasem po kilku łyżkach nie miałam ochoty dalej jeść tej zupy, a kiedy indziej byłam zachwycona smakiem. Tym razem na szczęście okazało się, że zupa była wybitna, przepyszna. Zarówno jej płynna zawartość, jak i pozostałe składniki. Chlebki sojowe miały intensywny, słodkawy smak. Grillowany pomidor rozpływał się w ustach, do tego azjatyckie grzyby i makaron przypominający ten z rosołu. Zupa szybko zniknęła z talerza 😋
