Happy Monday, dear hivers! My sister was craving for some Japanese food so i recommended this little Japanese restaurant near our workplace. Hamazake Ramen is a local restaurant that offers ramen with collagen broth. As a health conscious individual, i know my sister will surely love their broth.

I can't certainly say that their menus are authentically Japanese but it taste delicious. The vibe of the restaurant also feels like im eating in Japan.

We opted to sit in their counter area since it feels more comfortable than in the usual restaurant table. Good thing we aren't claustrophobics since the area is really narrow and can barely allow a person to pass by. This place is perfect for people who likes to eat alone after a long day at work.

These sake are merely a display and they don't actually sell liquors in this restaurant.

Their menu consists of the typical Japanese meals, ramen, tonkatsu, tempura, gyoza, and among others. Unfortunately, they don't have deserts available. So we only ordered a ramen and a pork tonkatsu meal.

The serving size is quite huge, reasonable for its price. The ramen was delicious too. I learned that the reason why Japanese women have soft skin is because of the collagen that they consume almost daily. They also intake collagen supplements in tablet and powder form. According to google, collagen is good for the skin and joints. I might try taking one soon

Adding to the vibe is the Japanese background music that feels very lively. I'm sure people who are into manga and other Japanese culture will love this place.

Overall, this restaurant is just a typical Japanese restaurant, only that its accessible and convenient at our workplace.
