Let's make a delicious and nutritious cutlet with a mix of potatoes and fish.

Good evening to all my Hive friends. Today, I’m excited to share one of my favorite Sri Lankan snacks with you—delicious and nutritious potato and fish cutlets. I’ve been eager to make this for a while since I haven’t prepared a snack in quite some time. Not only are these cutlets crispy and flavorful on the outside, but they’re also packed with nutritious ingredients. Since I’m using ingredients readily available at home, there’s no need to worry. I say that because store-bought snacks often lead to various health issues. So, let’s dive into how to make this tasty cutlet!
