Hello Friends, how are you all? Wishing you all happy and prosperous life ahead.

Welcome back to my food blog, today I want to share such a recipe. This is my own recipe which you may never find on the internet,I have been making this for a long time and it is my favourite. Noodles cutlets are made by mixing noodles in mashed boiled potatoes, fried in the oil.The crunchiness of the noodles outside and softness inside is a perfect combination.I have made it here in a very simple way. If you want, you can also add lots of vegetables to it. A perfect snack, everyone from kids to adults will love it.

I didn't have ready-made bread crumbs, so I soaked two bread slices and added them to the material. Mash the boiled potatoes with the help of a grater.

now add two spoons of corn flour and mash it well.

Now add the garam masala into it.

Add the Noodles into it,Now mash well with soft hands. If you match too hard, the noodles will break.

1000285194.jpg

Now apply some oil on your palm and make small rolls as shown in pictures.

1000285186.jpg

My cutlets are ready for frying.

1000286394.jpg

Take a kadhai, heat the oil.Drop the cutlets one by one into the oil, fry it at medium flame.

1000285157.jpg

When the cutlet starts becoming golden from one side, turn it to the other side.

As soon as your cutlets are cooked well from both the sides, take them out on tissue paper so that all the excess oil will be removed.

1000285154.jpg

Now your cutlets are ready, you can serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.

1000285142.jpg

I even tried breaking a cutlet,The noodles were crunchy on the outside and the potatoes were soft on the inside. It was a perfect combination to serve as a starter,This is my favorite cutlet,These oftons are made in my house, as they are fried,
These are made only when there is a special occasion.

Guys try this recipe, you will not find this recipe anywhere on the internet. This is my own recipe. I have been making it for a long time and it is my favourite.

Thankyou for stopping by..
