(Edited)

It seems every year I need to do more work to help my body generate enough blood as I age, especially in the winter months. Over the years, I’ve tried a lot of different types of food and natural medicines that help generate blood, so I figured it would be good to share what works best and why.

Why it's preferable to generate blood naturally than using English drugs

Do you know that constant intake of English drugs damages the liver and other parts of the body, I wonder why some people prefer using English blood tablets and syrup to boost their blood instead of using the natural methods that will give them the blood without any side effect because if we can follow due procedures for our daily meal, of course, more blood will be generated.

Please avoid taking more English drugs for blood generation. Keep up with natural remedies because your blood will be giving full fitness, immune boosting, and other natural dividends to fight infection and diseases as your blood keep increasing naturally.

I will be pointing out some dividends of using natural medicine for blood generation than English drugs

1. There are often fewer side effects when using natural medicines.

  1. Natural medicines are usually less expensive than English drugs.

  2. More effective in result delivery without affecting any parts of the body.

  3. Some people prefer the natural approach because it is more in line with their beliefs and values.

  4. When used correctly, natural medicines can be a safe and effective way to generate blood.

I was able to describe some natural blood generation methods below

Natural medicine to improve Hemoglobin

There are many natural medicines that can help increase hemoglobin levels. Fenugreek, Ginger, and Ginkgo Biloba are just a few of the herbs that can help improve blood circulation and increase oxygen levels in the blood. The high iron content in blackstrap molasses is also beneficial for those with low hemoglobin levels. Molasses has been shown to improve iron absorption rates by as much as 35%. Other foods that can be helpful for those with low red blood cell counts include oranges, dark leafy greens, eggs, beans, fish oil, and dark chocolate.

Natural medicine to boost red cell count

If you're looking for ways to generate blood through natural medicines, here are three methods that may help.

  1. Increasing iron intake can help improve red blood cell production. Foods rich in iron include leafy green vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

  2. Copper is another mineral that's essential for red blood cell production. Good sources of copper include liver, oysters, dark chocolate, and blackstrap molasses.

  3. Herbs such as dandelion root, nettle leaf, and cayenne pepper have been used historically as blood tonics.

  4. Finally, beets contain nitrates which can aid in the production of red blood cells by increasing oxygen levels throughout the body.

Leaves and roots that help to generate blood

Sanguinaria canadensis, also known as bloodroot, is a perennial herb that blooms in early spring. The plant gets its name from the deep red sap that seeps from its roots and leaves. This sap has been used for centuries as a natural dye and medicine. When taken internally, bloodroot can help to stimulate the production of red blood cells.

How to prepare Sanguinaria Canadensis

for blood generation, Sanguinaria canadensis, also known as bloodroot, is a perennial herb native to North America. The root of the plant is red and contains saponins, which are natural detergents. Saponins help break down red blood cells and promote the generation of new blood cells.

To prepare Sanguinaria canadensis for blood generation, cut the root into small pieces and simmer in water for 30 minutes. After boiling, the root can be consumed whole or made into tea.

List of foods to eat for blood generation

1. Consume iron-rich foods: red meat, dark leafy greens, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

  1. Eat foods rich in vitamin C: citrus fruits, bell peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and kale.

  2. Include copper-rich foods in your diet: oysters, liver, dark chocolate, avocados, and sunflower seeds.

  3. Eat foods that promote circulation: ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and turmeric.

Honestly we give the liver so much work to do each time we take English drugs. I support your post 💯. I'm already using most of these things you mentioned and it's working out well for me.
Thanks for sharing
