Fresh Vegetable With Eggs

Salad for a very beautiful morning . It is so healthy that we have to eat everyday or two times a week. It consists of lettuce, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, green olive, tomato, onions, corn kernel, and two eggs. This is a healthy breakfast for me today. I added small amount of salt , maple sauce and olive oil. I eat it with bread and a glass of water. What a lighter meal but it made me full and satisfied. I just follow what my sister said . I saw her eating breakfast like this so I did it too.

Besure to wash the vegetables with clean tap water with a little amount of salt and baking soda dissolved in the water to have the cleanest safe vegetable. We don't know how the farmer take good care of their plants so this is the way to wash all the vegetable.
